“The best!”

There is no company better than this. In quality, and variety. The albums are almost perfect, and now I am very satisfied because I got sick with COVID-19, I was sending someone to pick up the album, and I talked with customer service (Jack), to give authorization to allow someone else to pick it up. Then they told me that they would send me the album as a gift. They are fantastic, you will have a client forever.

Since they've changed their name, they've gone downhill. And they even changed their name as to be a more professional business... which I find sad because they were way better before They changed. I've have to have all of my orders after the name change redone because of bent corners. And now my most recent purchase is on the wrong paper. I've been a customer with them for years, but sadly I'm going to have to find someone else

I tried this website based on a friend's recommendation about its paper quality. Not easy to use. I thought features were lacking (could not easily resize a px) but from talking to customer service, the features are available. They are just difficult to figure out and remember. It's too bad that their website isn't user-friendlly.

I've made 18 different photo books using the old AdoramaPix site, most the maximum number of pages with around 600 pictures and text narratives of trips we have taken. I really love the quality of their books, BUT, a while back they changed the software used on their site, migrating away from an Adobe base, and I haven't made a book since the one I started before the change that was transferred over to the new software, although I've tried to continue editing it so I can print it, I just get too frustrated after a short time and give up. The new system seems to save every move you make as you make it, so when I type a text box the display is about 8 to 10 characters behind my fingers which almost makes it impossible to think/type. Then, when I go to adjust the position of a picture or text box, I grab it and move my curser and about 4 to 6 seconds later the picture/text box jumps to a new position, which is likely 1/10 inch or so from where I want it. Click grab it and move slightly and wait 4 to 6 seconds for the box to shift, but a little too far... repeat. I've gone on other sites and none are as easy and powerful (from design perspective) as the old AdoramaPix, and I can tell by pictures that the books won't be as nice (too thin pages), but after resting a few months to relax from the frustration and then making another try, I'm done with them. I'll settle for a book of lesser quality over spending many hundreds of hours waiting for things to jump to where I want them.

Called customer service only to have a patronizing conversation essentially placing blame directly and solely with me. As a business owner working directly in the travel business where clients are constantly asking me what I recommend for creating photo books, this will not be one I recommend, EVER! This was my first experience trying out Adoramapix and after creating a $95.00 photo book, I was displeased to say the least. As I never saw the final product (as it was shipped directly as a gift), I can't attest to the quality. I was going to have a reprint of the same book just for myself, but again the customer service was so dreadful, I won't be doing any more business with Adoramapix. Motif it is!

I ordered 2 photo books which I painstakingly created and paid a pretty penny for. Both books came with warped pages, meaning each actual page was curved in and out.
I reported this to Adorama customer service, however they said the only way they can help me is by returning the book. I advised that I had ordered this to be sent as a gift for a specific occasion and couldn't afford the time it took but I'm asking for at least a partial refund since both books were damaged.

They would not allow this and said that if I gifted the books obviously they are "usable." Which makes no sense. Where does usable come in here? It is not the product that I ordered. It is a damaged version.

I have advised as such, and I am very upset and disappointed. I expected more from a reputable company.

They have good products but if something ever goes wrong- just forget about all the time and money you spent :(

HI Chaya - I apologize for this inconvenience. There actually is a fix to this. We build our books in a humidity controlled environment - moisture in the air can warp the pages. The pages are made of real photographic paper - it's organic and "breathes" in its environment. Simply place some sort of soft cloth on top of the photo books or albums and place a heavier object on top for 2-3 days in a cooler, dry area. This will typically take care of the warping issue. Why don't you email me directly at libby@adoramapix.com and I can help you. This is actually pretty common, mostly though during the summer. - Libby

Ordered a $200 email gift card which was to be delivered today. Never arrived, no response to my emailsand phone says they are closed. Email gift cards normally go right away. So frustrating. No gift went and now I have to file dispute through American Express to get my money back. Horrible company and communication.

I should have listened to the other complaints about AdoramaPix. They are the worst online service I have ever used. Literally, dead last. Order place, payed to have the order processed and shipped for the following Monday. Monday comes and I check the status... says "Processing" so I email them to say the order is already late and I HAVE TO have it by the upcoming Sunday. They respond it is almost done, shipping that day and will have it prior to Sunday (see below).

Quote from AdoramPix Email to me on Monday:
"This is currently being finalized today and should ship, you will receive it prior to Sunday's date."

Today is Sunday, no photos, and status is still "Processing". I leave today for 3 months... $500 wasted.

Bad enough that they are over a week late on delivery but much much worse that Support flat out lied about the order. These people are not to be trusted with your photos or money.

Printique's metal prints are very high quality; however, all metal images purchased through them come out *very* dark. They are several stops darker than the original, and in some of my black-and-white and night sky photos this made the result unusable. Customer support at Printique was unsympathetic and said that the resolution was low for the size I'd ordered, and that was to blame, despite the fact that this wouldn't affect the exposure as printed at all. I attached a copy of my two most recent prints (Dec 2022) showing the difference between the files I sent them displayed on a calibrated monitor and the prints they sent.

I've used many of the online print and photo book sites and must say that Adoramapix is by far the best.
They listen, they are helpful, their work is good,(and if there is a problem... they'll address it) they package securely and ship fast!
Their site is fairly easy to use and they save my projects and photos.
If you decide to give them a try do look for coupon codes that can be found at the various coupon sites.

This place is fantastic. They have given me so much help as a novice with my Canon camera and lenses. I really thought they took the time to help me out since I was very intimidated by photography. Cant wait to go back there again. I know I can feel comfortable buying online and that if Im not sure I can ask them anything. Highly recommend.

Always fast.
Always high quality.
Always have great sales.
It's just a win/win all the way around.
I order tons of photos from them; particularly love the quality of their metallic photo paper.
Just ordered a metal print and loved it as well. Classy, well made, ready to hang, great price.
Highly recommend on all levels!

I'm a photographer. The first company that I ever used was Picaboo. The quality was above acceptable, but productions not meeting deadlines left something to be desired. After a few books, I found very quickly that I preferred the seamless lay flat option on all my books. The clean more professional feel to the thicker paper on the 12x12 book by far exceed any other options. So after a few lay flat books and some problems with orders again not meeting production deadlines and shipping, I tried Adoramapix. I've know of the for prints but not books. I received my first book which was a duplicate to a book already printed at Picaboo. The first was a gift. I was extremely happy with the quality. The book construction was just better. The surface of the cover had a more polished professional feel. The print quality looked the same as did the thickness of paper, but the photo paper's finish set them apart from one another. More importantly, I have not had to call to find out why an order is days past production time, creating shipping deadline issues.
I can't say enough about my experience with Adoramapix.

Beyond book construction and deadline differences, price wise the cost of the lay flat book is $40 less at Adoramapix. I've never paid full price for a Picaboo book but having to hunt down a half price coupon vs the regular price is more worth my while. Plus I can also use one of there coupons to make things even cheaper.

This company provides what I believe is the best books from all the options available. I have colleagues that use the others but I haven't been impressed as much as with Adorama.

I had a photo book made online by adoramapix and it turned out great. While working on the book, I called them twice about how to turn the pages as I was not doing something right. I talked to two very nice ladies who were able to see what I was doing and helped me over the phone. When your photo book is done you can see how it will look, by clicking on each page and seeing them turn. It turned out beautiful and I would definitely order from them again!

I'm a professional photographer and rely on adoramapix.com for most of my printing needs. This past month, I had deadlines for a couple of photo albums, one of them due within a week. Since adoramapix.com was going to be closed for the one week due to Easter, I had to use another alternate company for one album, though I had to $30 for rush shipping. I ordered my other two albums from adoramapix.com. I was shocked that the albums that I ordered from adoramapix.com (despite being closed for a week) arrived earlier through standard shipping than the one I paid $30/extra for rush shipping! The album I paid extra money for did not arrive on time (Thanks for nothing, snapfish.com). I will never use another company again. From now on, all my business goes to adoramapix.com.
