I ordered something that has not been ship. After a place the order I get an email saying that it want be ship out until between the January 23- 26 which I want receive it in time for my birthday. Then I ask can I pay for a rush the rude woman on the phone tells me it can't be modified, so they want you to pay the price of another one just to get speedy delivery. Don't buy from them I will write corporate on them too

They have a Shipping Assurance and Rush Processing Fee TOTAL SCAM FEES and if you don't pay those they mail you broken items around 90 days out so nothing can be returned. Total Scumbag Company. Do Not Purchase from this Dump. They are Scammers and their products are garbage.

I had bought one item and got 2 free items. And the free items are junk. Not even worth being free..

I ordered a vibe that was over $100 at my local shop but paid about $70 at A&E. It quit working after 3 uses. I called & was put on hold after I explained the situation but nobody came back to the phone. I hung up after 22 minutes. I have emailed them THREE times with no response. That must be how they deal with unhappy customers - just ignore them and they will go away. I was a long-time customer of theirs but what might have cost them $20 to fix has cost them a 30+ year customer.
I will pay a LITTLE bit more & order from a smaller web-site the next time.

DO NOT order! The customer service line can barely be called that. Rude, condescending and will just talk over you constantly. Their products are cheap and their customer service is NON existent. BEWARE. Do yer research before you order or you will be severely disappointed! Garbage company!

Do not order anything from Adam & Eve. I ordered something years ago, never got my product, kept trying to get it. They refused to give me my money through Paypal, which I paid with for starters, they gave me a check, which is not a legal payment method where I live, in most countries it is dissapearing. They took so long, kept bull$#*!ting so much, until the order was so long ago that they legally did not have to give me my money back anymore.

Pay pal had the correct amount, $71.50. But the card I used in pay pal was on my credit card online, was showing 4 DIFFERENT charges in my pending CC. First one was $71.95, second $8.54, third $62.96, and 4th waas $71.95. All 4 of those charges were to ADAM MAIL. That totaled up to $215.40, for something that was supposed to be $71.50. I had to cancel my credit card, and have them send a new one, after removing the $215.40 off it. Still dealing with Paypal, to make sure it doesn't go through. I will use a "trusted" site from now on, like amazon

Rechargeable products don't work and customer service is a EFFIN JOKE! The "customer service" phone # is always busy. Probably because THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

I spent over $150 on products that don't work. After reading these reviews ( which I should have done before I bought) I'm not even going to bother calling their customer service. Everything I bought and the free gifts, have stopped working and I haven't even had them for a week. Never again.

I bought a real feel, touch dildo. Well, it stopped charging and I spent good money for it. I'm extremely mad as all get out. It works well on your clit. But, not in your $#*!. Mine was good to me and I haven't even had it a year and it's already quit working. I'm so pissed

Free is a bunch of garbage. The shipping is more than Amazon. Where u can bullets, etc chargers and no one knows.also there in few days. Not 20 bucks of shipping and half box u can't use. Those allergic to latex get box full of it, don't need lube well u just paid for it, their shotty clit ticklers...just buy a bullet from local adult store, they last 20+ yrs. I placed an order on a sale weekend and paid for 1-day shipping. Checked the order status the next day and the order was canceled, without notification. The rude customer service rep said it was because I entered the wrong payment info, yet the charge is showing on my credit card statement, so it's an issue on their end that they try to blame on the customer. They said they couldn't do anything about it and I just needed to submit a new order, even though the sale was over by then, so I wouldn't get the discounts that were on my original order. I couldn't believe how rude the customer service was right off the bat, and of course the company has no way to actually report issues or leave any kind of negative review of something like this. Seriously, there are too many other (better) sites to order the same stuff from, just avoid Adam and Eve.

Horrible customer service! A representative who is the worst she yells at you. Very disrespectful she not work with customers! They canceled the order I wanted to keep and sent out the one I could care less! They charged me for the one they said they canceled then said they never charged me I am out 19.00 there stuff is on sale a lot cause it all cheap they make more then u save on stuff that is cheap material

They got some good products and prices, but of course if you are feeling bit risky then Amazon.com has better prices generally but then again you never know what you may get.

I booked an appointment with the clinic for [hijama] and when I reached there, and after 30 min, they told me that my name was not in the list. And I have been delayed for 1 hour.

I've been a customer since they used to send mail order catalogs. Recently I bought an item that was defective. I should have read the reviews first. Dozens of reviews all complaining of the same defect. Yet the company still sells this garbage.

I came across Adam & Eve and ordered a few items - sat back and thought - man, that was easy. I then panicked and did a review search on this company and quickly realized I just wasted $160 bucks - reviews were horrible.

That being said, my order arrived - one item when on back order and when that came in - it shipped and arrived. I spoke to customer service and they seemed knowledgeable. My whole order and experience was excellent.

Called for an item. Didn't come for 2 months so I called. The lady was so rude I told her to cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me! I'm embarrassed for this company. I'll never buy from here again. Amazon is way more discrete and has a better selection. This is over priced and also a scam. If you wanna lose your money and never get your product then look no further.

This company does not care about your privacy or being discrete. It's true that the boxes ship with few markings, but when you purchase, several emails filled with large photos of sex toys and their names in a big fonts with banners offering more sex toys will show up in your inbox. They're as crude and bawdy as can be no discretion there. Then after you go through opting out, and in my case, sending a pointed email to the company telling them not to send me another email, you get the next thing. They've given all your info to another company to ask you how you like your purchase. Great, now another company knows what I bought and has my email. And that email has a nice big picture of my purchase. Don't buy from these folk if you want a private, discrete purchase. Doesn't happen.

Never had a problem with adameve.com. They shipped my package fast and happy with it. The only set back is their prices are not low enough in comparison to others. But if price is not an issue then it is a superb company to buy from

This is the worst store out there if it were possible to give them half a start I would. I made an online order that was to arrive within two weeks... two months later I'm still waiting for it to appear. It never did. So I demanded my refund and they had the audacity to offer only part of the amount. I raised hell and they eventually agreed to refund the full purchase. DONT i repeat DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MORONS

My fiance made a purchase and was supposed to receive a free dvd along with other free gifts. The order total reached the needed before tax and shipping. Yet we never received any of the free gifts. Customer service told us we couldn't get the dvd gift due to our state. That's fine, but why didn't we receive the other free gifts?
