Custom Logo Designers

Just like everyone has stated they are a SCAM! I was able to get my money back and they threatened to take legal action against me. Do not use this company!

Fraud Company. They never work on your project once they receive the money on top they will start blame game

They sell you a logo, but then they want more money for copyrights, and files. I had the understanding I am paying for files, but that was not the case, I paid for the design, and purchasing files and copyright was extra. I could have had the same thing done on fiverr for less than half the cost

My story is the exact same as everyone else. You will not get what you paid for. They make mistakes and make you pay for revisions. They will call you a their when you ask for resolution. Save your money and use real professionals OR use the free website that it looks like they used to make the logo in the first place. This was a horrible experience not to mention I just gave away some money.

Didn't feel right so I cancelled the order.
They processed some BS free online logo generator logo.
I told them " Too late, I already cancelled".
Disputed charge through PayPal.
Now they are threatening legal action and credit reports if I don't close the complaint in 24 hours.

Only a child or the child minded would honestly believe that those threats carry any weight.

I am forwarding them to PayPal though, so they can see if this is the kind of vendor they want their customers dealing with

I (stupidly) paid these scammers $100 via their ecustomlogos.com site. Got 3 designs back that looked like they were done by a 4 year old. I complained and now they have moved onto accusing me of being a thief.
Unfortunately, I did the research AFTER and have just discovered this review and many others at RipOffReport about the various scam sites they are operating. Same MO for almost every case - poor quality work and then threated the customer when they complain.
I have put in a complaint to PayPal, not expecting a refund but I recommended they shut down their account so no-one else can be ripped off. Surely after so many complaints they cannot ignore this scam?
Is there anyone else we can complain to?

Used ecustomlogo.net a few years ago and had positive experience. So fast forward to 2020, I needed my logo refreshed and updated. Company could not get the vision correct. Eventually they asked me for ideas and I EMAILED ideas to them. Once I received the logo the color wasn't right. I asked for another revision and they started trying up-sell me. I made the company aware I was a previous customer and should not be treated like a non paying customer because again the logo fee is paid upfront! This company is delusional and are scammers. This is NOT SAME PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I worked with many years ago. I highly suspect this company are scammers operating overseas under the following companies:

Yes total rip off... I am a victim too. Lost 100 bucks for some childish logo... clip art stuf... waste of time and money. Please don't do your logo thru these bull $#*! online cos.

Customlogoco.com, ecustomlogo.net, logosconnection.com, and premier custom logos are all the same and are all scams. They advertise that their designers will custom design your logo. They offer 3-4 packages which include logos and revisions. When you fill out the information they advise you to add details of your request and the option to upload pictures for the designer. This is all fake. You can go to a free logo design site and generate what they provide you.

They did this and I sent them an email back stating this is not what I requested and I even provided a picture of exactly what I needed. They advised they couldn't do it and I advised I would dispute the charge with pay pal. They stated I was a thief, and they would add all designer fees and other charges and send this to a collection agency to be placed on my credit report. DO NOT use this company, they are fake and will harass you if you have to dispute the charge.

I ONLY use the word scammer when it's 100% true. I don't just throw that word around like so many do online.

I learned a while ago that a lot of overseas companies scam people by putting other logo designers' work on THEIR site or profile. I've had this issue even on Upwork.

Then people hire them thinking they do GREAT work & they do TERRIBLE work.

This is what happened here & I feel foolish that I didn't research them online first.

The logos were terrible, but the logos on their site were top notch.

I even sent them screenshots of the work I liked of theirs, but of course, this was before I knew they were scammers.

I mistakenly used Pay Pal to pay thinking Pay Pal would back me if there was a problem, but Pay Pal DIDN'T, they sided with these scammers as they so often do, & I lost my money.

Even when I tried to call Pay Pal's dispute department they wouldn't return my calls (twice) & they kept me on hold anywhere from 1 1/4-4 hours before I finally hung up waiting for a manager.

This is of course with their Filipino call center.

These logo scammers also threatened me & continued to send me logos claiming that each time they sent me an e-mail money was deducted from my balance.

I told them right away after receiving the first 3 terrible logos to just refund me.

They didn't listen to a THING I said in their questionnaire.

I said I don't want red/white/blue & they sent me red/white/blue.

I said I don't want soft colors, later on they sent me more logos with soft colors.

They just used clip art with terrible fonts that look like a teenager designed it.

They refused to refund me, then harassed me through e-mails over & over again & wouldn't stop harassing me.

And yes, also threatened me with sending a collection agency after me saying I was the scammer taking advantage of them.

Lies Lies Lies Ace Logo Designs **** We will design 4 custom logos to evaluate 30 days for free. Their 1st rough draft was obviously a template and very poor quality. The redesign was same poor quality. 6 Logos total and total garbage! These logos looked nothing like their examples which most are very impressive on the website but what you get is not at all like the web examples. I emailed them 5 separate times requesting for my money back and each time they continued to harass me and ask why I want a refund and never did refund me my money. They also have multiple names to continue the fraud. Buyer beware, Caveat Emptor for Ace Logo Designs. He never answers the phone and I believe is a new company and a one man business.

I could kick myself for not reading reviews on this company before posting them for services. Their work is nothing more than I could have done on Micresoft Word. I decided to use them after seeing that they claim to have a 96-98% customer satisfaction rating. Ha! I now know why. After going through their so v called revisions (that actually regressed) they had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and that they revised the logo to my exact requests! I have now been arguing with them for months about their 100% guarantee for a refund. Of course the do not have a phone number and cannot even provide me a name of the person that has been emailing me. I have provided my phone number to them numerous times to rectify this. Of course they have not responded. Horrible all the way around. I wish I could give them 0 stars!
