First time customer and will not be the last. The only company that would even allow us to place an order for a refrigerator, no other company would even take an order. Not only were we able to place an order but we even got the refrigerator a month before expected. The delivery service was absolutely outstanding and I'd like to make a special mention I'm not sure which person it was there were two people Devon Yonker and Todd Noyce, The gentleman was about 25 years old and had children and I'm not sure which name belongs to him but absolutely both men were professional and just absolutely wonderful. I am not one to write reviews or comments like this but I could not pass this by without commenting I am so impressed and so is my husband. Thank you so much ABC warehouse for exceptional service, Wayne and Linda De Vries

“ABC wouldn't honor a extended warranty with a problem GE dishwasher”

We bought a GE dishwasher and within two years we found it had a problem in the control board. We called ABC and they repaired it however the problem popped back up within a week. We called again; they came back and said they would have to order another one and we waited over a month (nothing). We called to find out ABC wouldn't honor the repair. The GE controller is defective and ABC won't repair it. We were still within our warranty period

Went to the Lakeside store to buy appliances, dealt with a man named Manuir and he was nothing short of arrogant, pompous, condescending and extremely rude. I deal with salespeople everyday in my business - have for over 30 years and have never been treated so rudely, ever. This yahoo gives the ABC WAREHOUSE brand a bad name! Go to Best Buy - same price, no commission salespeople and you will be treated like a customer, not a criminal!

I purchased a massage chair on 09/04/21 the store in canton told me it would be delivered on 09/14/21 it was not delivered no on called from the store location they set a deliver date of 09/17/21 we i received the chair the blue tooth was not working i stopped by the store they gave me IT phone i contacted them and they were going to send me out the components to installed the unit 2 days later i was called back to be told the blue tooth is not compatible with my phone Ryan Weigandt is the salesman at the canton location he was so busy trying to get me to write a review and i had not purchased the merchandise yet the problem is still unresolved almost a month later i have ABC corporate office phone number i will be calling tomorrow morning

I spent time working at the grand rapids store and yes there horrible employees showing up smelling of booze doing drugs in the back office telling customers warehouse people damaged the merchandise when they knew it came off the semi that way just to name a few when you tell them you know an employee was stealing then don't want to give you the money

I purchased two twin bed sets and paid more because I was told they would withstand alot, they were built to last! The whole side is crushing down after only a short time. I called ABC and their headquarters only to be told by Randy Novenske that I am out of luck. So much for customer service and loyalty to your customers. After searching online, it looks like Randys response is the same to everyone he talks to. Thanks for nothing!

We ordered furniture about 4 months ago. We were told it wold be delivered in about a month. Our Mt. Pleasant Mi. Store called today to say part of our order was in. Okay, deliver it! Well they only deliver to our area on Wednesdays. No problem I get out of work at 3:30! You can deliver it anytime after! No, sorry we will call you when where on our way! Um, NO! I can't leave work just because you don't want to make an appointment! You're supposed to work with your customers so they keep coming back! I will NEVER buy from them again! Worst customer service I've ever had!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

I bought a dryer, last model they had. It has a small dent but theydiscounted for it.when i turned dryer on theres a extremely loud knocking sound. When warrenty people came they said dent caused loud knocking so its not covered. They did not explain to me when i bought it that if something was wrong it would not be covered.

Bought a sectional the end of Jan 2021. March 8th the entire end of couch collapsed to the floor, the springs made a loud pop and the cushions raised. No one was even sitting on it. Went to put the cushions back in place the couch snapped like wood and collapsed to floor. Made call to salesperson who sent me to general mgr who said I had to call for service. Service said they would send someone out within 3 days. Kept calling to no response, then I was texted a message stating they would be out to access if we were jumping on couch but not until may 27,2021. Couch is a mess, terrible customer service, terrible piece of furniture. After call after call they are sending a different company out may 18th. Very, very disappointed.

Let me start with we bought a mattress and had it delivered. The first night we slept on it we were both very uncomfortable and thought the mattress didn't feel anything like at the store.this one was lumpy and didn't feel like a new bed at all. So we went back to the store to exchange the mattress and the sales guy said u should have bought the Tempurpedic mattress because they are the best mattress...so we did and are very unhappy with this mattress. My wife can't get comfortable and sleep through the night and has back pain as a result of this bed...so bottom line is they stuck us with a very expensive mattress that we hate and won't let us return or exchange...So unless you want a piss poor product or just want to throw money out the window do not shop at ABC!

MY DAUGHTER PURCHASED A PAIR OF HEADPHONES FROM A LOCAL GAS STATION ON SUNDAY. BY THURSDAY THE HEADPHONES WERE PRODUCING NO SOUND! I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE BUT HAD NO LUCK. CONTACTED ABC BUT THEY REFUSED ASSITANCE BECAUSE HEADPHONES WERE PURCHASSED BY A THIRD PARTY VENDOR! SO THEY DONT GUARANTEE THEIR OWN PRODUCT! WHAT A RIP OFF!

Website processes payment, but does not tell you that they don't have what you order or when they will have it. They are too eager to process your credit card, but can't tell you when they will have the merchandise. This business is scandalous

**Update! I received a call from ABC today and it turns out the parts are covered under warranty. Thank you ABC Warehouse for ordering the parts and making things right!***

I purchased kitchen appliances with a 5 year extended warranty. I requested service under the warranty on. I told the representative I was requesting service because the dishwasher racks are rusting. The service technician came out here and told me that the racks are not covered under the extended warranty. I told him that when I made the service appointment I had explained the issue and I was told the racks would be covered. The technician left without replacing the dishwasher racks.
I then referred to my original receipt for the dishwasher and the extended warranty and noted that it is printed right on the back of the receipt that the extended warranty has the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer's warranty. I contacted GE and have a copy of the original warranty and confirmed that the original warranty does indeed cover the racks.
I contacted ABC Warehouse special "Heartline" which is supposed to address unresolved customer concerns and they have failed to respond. I won't buy anything from ABC again.

I purchased a chair back in April and now 3 months later still haven't gotten it. I call and they say it will be in on a certain day and when that day comes no furniture. I wanted this chair to match my sofa otherwise would have canceled. Now they are pushing back another 2 weeks.

furniture takes forever to get from here.

We had a horrible experience! First, the sales rep wrote down wrong phone number for us. We noticed when we left and instantly called to have correct number on file. Took time off of work to have furniture delivered and the sales rep ordered the wrong furniture, so it had to be sent back. Finally, rep ordered correct furniture (had to wait another week)and tried to have it delivered on the wrong day. Rescheduled delivery for correct day, but nothing was ever delivered and after calling to see what was going on, was told they tried calling to say they couldn't deliver due to weather. We had zero missed calls and asked what number was called. Ended up being the incorrect number and it was never changed on our account, even after calling to correct issue. Finally got furniture, but never received the refund check we were told we would get back for cost difference. We ended up having a payment due before we even received the furniture. Horrible experience from start to finish and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Find somewhere else to go

Purchased a dryer on 10-13-2023 when it was delivered it was supposed to be all set-up. They arrived without the vent. Had to go and buy one and have someone set-up it up. I have tried contacting the store with absolutely no response. Would not buy anothing from this store again

I purchased a smart washer and they failed to install and i paid for installation, they refused to reimburse the money, the washer quit working after 3 loads, they refused to send me reciept of purchase, horrible experience go to lowes, home depot any where but here

BUYER BEWARE! Just because you buy something NEW doesn't mean NO STRESS and NO HASSLE! Something I think anyone could expect. Read the fine lines of the company you are buying from (in this case a GE appliance from ABC Warehouse). ABC Warehouse will not return, replace or issue you a refund after 48 hours. Most of the time it takes at least that long to realize you have a real problem. So now kicks in the manufactures warranty (GE Electronics). They don't honor the idea that when you purchase a new (in good working condition) product that it is just that. NO, they will fix it for you, but it doesn't matter how long it takes (few weeks, months….) and when their repair person doesn't show that doesn't matter neither. You might get an "I'm sorry", (I didn't even get that, all though it probably would have pissed me off even more). So bottom line if your think you are buying something new so you think NO Hassle, NO Repairs. THINK AGAIN! It has now been 22 days since I purchased a GE electronics appliance from ABC Warehouse, (Shelby Twp, MI). It has been returned to the store, abused (dragged) by their sales manager, no refund, no exchange, no help. So those helpful sales people who make you think they are there for the best interest of the customer. Think again, that only applies while they are trying to make a sale. After that they don't know you. I have contacted all levels of both companies and NOTHING. Just basically F----U. Don't Buy GE Appliances and Don't Buy from ABC Warehouse.

My boyfriend and I went into ABC Warehouse to look for a futon we asked if we could put it on hold or lay away they told us yes we put money down on it. The customer service rep took the money and wrote our names and
our phone number& gave us a receipt and we walked out the door before we had left the parking lot ABC Warehouse called us and told us that they couldn't hold it because they don't have layaway and that the sales rep didn't know what he was doing he was new on the job and that we had to buy it that day. Obviously when we put it on layaway we didn't have the money to buy it that day. So we walked back into the store from the parking lot,got our money back that we put down on a layaway plan that they don't have,but failed to tell us. So we left the store utterly disappointed this place really should not be in business. They don't know their heads from a hole in the ground.

I purchased a LG 65" (OLED56C9PUA) for $2100 in February 2020 and a $599 Warranty (4yr). I called and informed ABC Warehouse that the TV stopped working and noticed a crack in the screen. The night before there was a thunderstorm and the tech stated that some TV​ with the thin screen​ will crack when there are thunderstorms. Per ABC Warehouse it's not covered under their warranties. So I paid $599 for a warranty that doesn't cover the TV being damaged by vibration! The TV was secured to a 200 lb wooden tv stand. I do not recommend purchasing equipment or warranties from ABC Warehouse. Per them I am out of $2700 for a TV that worked for less than 2 years.

I bought the Natuzzi Leather Sofa for ABC warehouse, also got leather protection plan for 150 dollars. To my dismay within 3 months sofa started sagging and leather is cracking up called up store who did nothing about it Store General Manager was so rude and in professional, advice everyone to be cautious in buying anything from them and beware of this leather warranty scam

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from ABC Warehouse. It was $100.00 to be delivered. The fridge was to be off white. It came with the freezer door more yellowish, and the fridge door more tanish. They took that one back, sent another, but same thing. So I told them I didn't want that fridge. They had me come in to get my refund, but would not refund the delivery charge. I let them know it was not my fault the fridge was not correct, salesman said they won't refund delivery charges. So won't shop there again.

Lowest price Guarantee my butt! I saw an item in their weekly flyer for a Dash Cam I was interested in, sale price was $69, the exact same item on ebay was $12.85, I printed the page from ebay, took it to the store, showed the guy in electronics, who acted at first like he was going to match the price until he saw it was an ebay seller, then he told me that ebay is not a certifiable seller. When I questioned them on the response I was told that ebay is a not brick and mortar certifiable retailer, besides I wouldn't even get a factory waranty even afdter I showed them the ebay ad "All the products we are selling include factory warranty, don't cover items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form." They flat out refuse to honor their " Assurance policy" which reads "We are so sure that our deals are better, that we issue you a $1000 Assurance Policy that assures you WE BEAT ALL DEALS or you receive a thousand dollars."
