Aaron is essentially hit or miss. He may send you the information you paid for in proper time, he may not even at all. He updates his "daily trainers" very rarely. You end up having 7 days of workouts for a month to a month and a half. Rarely gets back to you in his emailing. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for online personal training as that you essentially get promised the best and get around 1/8th to 1/4th of what you paid for (depends on the month). He also does not ever give people's money back.
