Love this site. Customer service is extremely helpful and my order came extremely fast. Would definitely order from these guys again, they made my kid so happy for his birthday!
Dont' use them. They will NOT communicate on status of order even if out of stock. When you try to communicate with them they will take days to get back to you, give you false information (like it will ship in the middle of next week and then take another week and a half to ship the item). Even if you order way ahead of time (like a month before your occasion), the item will arrive late. Plus, they will charge you for the item as soon as you purchase not upon shipment. AND they will then say they tried to call you and email you to keep you updated, when that would be a lie. Pay a little extra and use amazon!!!!!!

I ordered a dog toenail clipper from this site on October 5, with a receipt mailed immediately stating to allow them 3 days before checking my order status.
I waited 2 weeks. Nothing.
Haven't heard from them about when this item was going to be shipped (which would be the usual 5-7 business days if/when it does ship by the horrible shipping company they use),so I began emailing them three days ago, with only the rote type email in return, telling me that my problem has been put in "que" and asking me to email back with any concerns, which then results in another rote email.
Even called a rep after about 6 emails, who said this problem was marked "moderate" , but that he would put my order on a "critical" list since it had been so long. Received another email, with it still marked "moderate". Went to the site and directly wrote a note of complaint and marked my complaint "critical", which again generated another email, thanking me for my concern and it was still marked "moderate". All in all, I think I've sent approximately 12 emails just trying to get something other than "you are in the que" response, with my problem marked "moderate">
So, here it is.......17 days since I ordered this item, and I haven't even received an email telling me when my item will be shipped.
.......but, they've alredy charged my credit card the day I ordered it. I found out when I call my card company to block the charge this morning. I disputed it so that 3tail will have to deal with them.
Don't do business with this company. No response at all despite their cheery little emails asking for a customer to respond to 3tail's emails, with their concerns.
I had ordered a costume from 3tailer.com on 8/5/11. The item said "Usually In Stock & ships in 1-2 days." During checkout it said my expected received shipping date would be 8/19/11-8/21/11. I needed the costume for Sept 1, and figured that even if I got the item on 8/21 it still gave me time to try it on & modify it if it didn't fit. My package never came on the dates stated. I waited a few more days until 8/26/11. I tried checking the status of my order online, but it said my email and order did not exist. So I called 3tailer. I spoke to Sandra, who said that for some reason my order was put on hold and not shipped. But why was I not notified?! She could not tell me. She asked me when I needed the costume by. I said I needed it for Sept 1, but asked her if she can expedite it. She said she will request expedited shipping UPS 2 day. I waited 3 business days and still no package. So I checked the UPS tracking system and it said my package is scheduled to be delivered on Sept 1. I called 3tailer again to find out what happened to the UPS 2 day. This time I spoke to Taylor and she said that Sandra had requested it shipped UPS 2 day with a deliver date of Sept 1. WTF??!!?? That doesn't even make sense! Because I told Sandra that I needed the item on Sept 1, I didn't know she was going to request for it to be delivered on that VERY DAY! So Taylor asked Sandra about the situation, and what she had to say was that she did not guarantee me any date. What kind of crap service is that?! How does a product that is in stock and supposed to ship out in 1-2 days take nearly a month to get to a customer? So now my package will at a time that I am not home and I have to hope that UPS leaves it at my door and it doesn't get stolen. Then I have to hope that it fits me. I have NO backup plans, so I guess if it doesn't fit then I will have no costume!
I was very happy with the order from start to finish! Great products, great prices!
