web site advertises latest software to unlock iphones once payment made only old software downloaded no 24/7 help as advertised. no 100% refund if not satisfied no reply to emails. total scam dead links on website to confuse and mislead

I paid the company £17.99 to email me software that could unlock my mobile phone to other networks. After payment i never received any software at all. I made several complaints to the company, the first was answered (saying that the software was sent to me with a receipt via email). I contacted them again several times to say that i have received nothing but they no longer reply to my messages.

T N. people who are in this business of unlocking aren't going to be the most trustworthy. and since there was no physical product, it may be difficult but i guess you could call your credit card company (how did you pay) and see if you can dispute it.
