After seeing some reviews of 1 day I must admit being a little nervous but it all went well. Very helpful chat before I paid, delivery in the time frame specified along with tracking info provided beforehand and item arriving in good time and undamaged and exactly as advertised. Not sure why some people seem to have trouble but all for me and a great price as well:-)

Fault with a cable for a swann security camera system. Would not meet obligations under Consumer Guarantees Act to replace the cable. While in general the product itself was fine apart form one fault, don't expect any help if you have problems with a purchase. They will give you the run around. Not recommended at all.

Bought an iPhone and wireless headphones, iPhone was faulty and headphones were counterfeit. Then you're caught up in their nasty returns and assessments process which is tailored to screw you over. They do desperately want the headphones back so there's no proof they're sending out fakes but I'm holding onto them and taking my complaint to tribunal and encourage others not to let this nasty company take advantage of them.

Just don’t waste your time with scammers

8-12 days is a long time to wait for delivery anyway, but they can't even keep to that. Still waiting 14 days later and customer service are anything but helpful. Web site lists it as shipped, but tracking says that they've labelled it, but it hasn't been picked up. They now say it'll be 2-3 days after labelling to get picked up. So don't tell me it's shipped. Nasty company, shouldn't exist in a competitive market.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. There are other sellers who will provide actual service.

We bought the Tixi kinderkraft high chair. 2.5 weeks later it arrives with parts missing! Contacted one day and the response was lack lustre and absolutely not helpful. Off to mitre 10 to hopefully get some actual help. How are these guys still operating!

Not dispatched within 6 days. Poor inadequate customer service. Take yr money with the order. Unable or unwilling to give accurate update.
Give a tracking no after 4 days. Showing no action. Use accredit card and get yr money back fast. Wish I had read reviews before trying to obtain

Very glad to update i got a full refund of the product. There was no complications or questions asked. It was done very fast. Sad to say this bad experience has put a dent in my confidence in buy from the website.

I have use this web site for a few years and was always happy until yesterday. I was shocked to unbox a used dirty product. It was clearly used, dirty and bits were bent.
Under all the products, the web site should also include a column for customers rating of the product and Q&As.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR hopeless delivery ordered something 2 weeks ago and when I started enquiring where item was it was only then the courier picked up in Hamilton. Useless service would not at all recommend this company.

I got a pair of earphones for my partner and with the first month one ear stopped working. I emailed 1day and they happily replaced them. I got another pair so both me and my partner had them and pne pair broke awhile ago he tried fixing it but the wires in it are so fragile hd broke it more. And my pair now just stopped working. 50 bucks each but they stopped working. They cant replace them anymore because they have no product. Just not the best

Ordered something, told the estimated arrival was 4-6 days. Day 8 I chat with them and query why it's still awaiting shipment... Told there's staffing problems due to winter illnesses and they'll hopefully have it sent out to me in a few days.
#1 Winter is when people get sick, it's nothing new, have staff as backup when this happens
#2 staffing levels aren't the customers problem and
#3 casually saying you'll hopefully get it out to mean indicates that you don't really give a #%$! And therefore I'm not likely to buy from you again.
Attitude was just blasé and dismissive. Not impressed.

I have bought both a Box Duvet and a Comforter from 1-day SPECIFICALLY because they were touted as "Machine Washable", otherwise I would not have bought them.
On arrival, for both items the manufacture's label says "DO NOT WASH"!
I was also sent only 2 bath towels after ordering and paying for 4 towels.
No reply to my emails of complaint, even though they got a "Read Receipt".
I will be sending all photos and emails to Fair Go.

Got camping gear of the site ripped in the wind ( wasn't even that windy!) on night 3. Also gave them another chance and ordered from them again 4-6 shipping yet it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Their customer service team really needs to learn customer service! So incredibly rude and unhelpful. Great at giving excuses to cover their backs. Also if they don't like what they hear they won't reply altogether. Terrible.

IPhone 6 refurbished - $260 spent. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company for electronics. I bought this phone for my grandson. So only wanted a cheap 1st phone. I at least expected the thing to work. Now I'm fighting for a Refund. DONT DO IT... they are so hard to get money back off. And the only contact you have is a frustrating chat box or email. I've learnt the hard way. I've given them until COB today or Im going to the Commerce commision., under the consumer guarantees act.

Don't deal with this company. Phone arrived faulty. There is no one that you can phone to sort out. You can only communicate by the web (live chat) or email. One day said it was a warranty issue and it would take 10 to 14 days to access. I demanded a refund. They finally agreed to refund. It took over 2 weeks to get refund and lots of one way emails. Their communication is very poor. Will never buy from them again.

Black ‘Beyond' moon chairs. Website says ‘super comfortable'. These are the most uncomfortable camping chairs we've ever sat on! The bar under the legs has very little padding, sore after sitting in them for 5minutes. Won't let us return for refund.

Ordered an item 3 weeks and 4 days ago.
They provided with a tracking number a few days after my purchase (which I had to chase) and yet the board has not left their warehouse yet (after checking with freight company). They keep sending emails with useless apologies and yet nothing gets fixed. I asked for shipping compensation and they provided with a store credit! This is the poorest and unaccountable customer service I have ever seen and experienced.

My partner ordered a gift for me from overseas. These potential scammers wouldnt dispatch the product without looking at her bank atatement. This is after i forwarded the proof of purchase snap-shot as well as the email confirmation. Cancelled my order without even giving me any options and i haven't even got my money back. The customer engagement administrator was full of crap and had no intention to secure a business deal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Purchased two items off this company. Received one a week after their estimated delivery date. Haven't received the other at all. Their service staff appear to be bots. Responses to emails are obtuse and unhelpful, and although when you do get to an actual person they make all the right excuses (oh, so sorry, mix up with the freight department, will be dispatched straight away), they still don't actually send the goods. Save yourself the hassle and just hit yourself in the face with a brick instead - it's less frustrating than dealing with this outfit.

I bought an electric lawnmower 3 weeks ago, but it would only run for a couple of seconds. My lawns are so friggin long but as 1day have my money I can buy another one. I have lost faith in 1day and the brand of lawnmower. I just want my money back, instead I get email replies saying its being assessed. It was not fit for purpose.
Will be closing my account and staying away from these cowboys.

I ordered a pair or running shoes and it's 4 days to be processed then no conformation email not tracking and no communication from then and 6 days later I emailed asking for a credit as I hadn't herd anything and then they send everything threw. Just shocking service wouldn't buy off them again ever

DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED PHONES FROM 1-DAY. Bought one a few weeks ago. Won't take calls and turns off randomly. After a few emails they told me I could send it back but the courier said i must supply a bag (which 1-day said they would pay for shipping). Tried emailing, took another few days to reply and now it's almost 3 weeks that I've been trying to send the phone back. Really gutted; I'm surprised they are still around with the amount of bad reviews they have.

Ordered PVC blinds 5. 01. 20 estimated delivery time 6-10days. Today's date 25. 01. 20 managed to start a live chat, answers to my questions was awaiting the courier to pickup W. T. F. 20days though
Builders awaiting them over a week tragic and very disappointing after spending over $400 and delivery! SORT IT OUT 1 DAY otherwise your lose business

All deliveries were outside their estimated delivery time. 2 orders arrived as 4 different deliveries, none of which I was provided notification or tracking details for, except for one time after I complained, but even after my complaint I did not receive notification for further deliveries, resulting in all but one being delivered while no one was home (I can easily arrange to be home if I have notification).

Their chosen courier (NZ post) has left three of the four packages in sight of the street, risking theft, rather than walking up a few more stairs (approx. 6) to put on porch. I understand NZ post has some accountability here, but Oneday chooses to use them so should be making sure they are meeting expectations.

One item arrived damaged. Original complaint re tracking number was replied to within 24 hours, but did not even attempt to answer all my concerns. Further complaints/emails, relating mostly to damaged item, have received zero response though weeks have now passed. Complete disinterest on behalf of Oneday customer service in finding a resolution regarding the damaged item. Will be taking next steps in complaints process. If I could do zero stars I would

It is advertised as 4k but is definitely not, even at standard 1080 HD the quality is poor. It says that it does 4k at 30fps but it is a very poor picture compared even to my cheap phones camera. You have to hold it very still at that frame rate and the picture is not HD quality.

I regret buying this. Also the camera says it is taking 16meg photos but they look closer to 2meg in quality.
Service was ok.

Faulty product, 3 weeks no follow up to enquiries as to what was going on. Blown off, asked to wait a further day- till staff members returned ( after saying it was urgent and i wanted my money back)

No actual action till i threatened action in the district court.

FINALLY got the 1300 dollars back... now have to sort another product.
Tempted to send them a bill for the time i spent fighting for a reply.

If i could rate lower than one star, I would.
