Honestly, I find the premium images on 123rf website are so amazing to use in my graphic design. 123rf has a lot of images that I could choose from! Love it! Great work!

I topped up with 10 credits, thinking that will give me 10 downloads, for $14. After just ONE eps download, all my credits are gone! So angry. They way they present how many credits each item costs to download is not clear - it makes it look like you can buy a 10 credit 'Top Up' pack to download this image. Total bull$#*! dark UX, shame on you 123RF

Was charged $12.50 right after adding my card with this site after signing up for a free trial.

Do NOT add your card to this site.

This site charges with different company names and will tell you that it was not from the site.
I will be submitting a report elsewhere.

As you can see in the image I've provided, site owner uses different company names with invalid company phone numbers to make fraudulent transactions

Was looking for an innocent little girl photo to make a digital edit out of. And just by typing "123rf girls" these came up. Pictures speak for themselves... read the titles and then look at how young they are.

Tip for consumers:
stay away

I tried to buy a vector file, that I should have been able to edit in PS. But all I got was a pixelated JPG that's totally unusable. When I complained about it, they agreed to send it to me visa email. They sent me a link to a file sharing site and a password to access it. The password didnt work, which means I just paid about 15€ for a pixelated mess. I have yet to receive any contact from them after when i tried to ask them to correct this. I think this will just have to be an expensive lesson to never use this company again.

I was looking to purchase some images. I performed a search and found 123RF. The site on google stated "Images From Only $0.19 Each". I thought great. I picked 7 images. I needed to purchase a credit pack. So, I purchased 7 credits which was just under $11. I thought that was weird as the site said $0.19 each. I went to download the images. First was successful. Others received an error. Looking into this the site says (where you will download) that it costs 6 CREDITS PER DOWNLOAD! Feel ripped off!

With various pictures and footage in different themes, the quality is also good. Even free users can get a lot of high-quality resources

The photo options are fine, however, the vendor requires you to email them in order to cancel. Once you email them they attach surcharges to cancel the service. Lots of better options out there. Would not recommend.

Tip for consumers:
The photo options are fine, however, the details on the subscription prouduct are purposefull obfuscated and the vendor requires you to email them in order to cancel. The customer service knows the product is predatory and doesn't even attempt to defend their practices. Just demands predatory upcharges to cancel. Once you email them they attach surcharges to cancel the service and refuse to cancel without it. Lots of better options out there. Would not recommend.

They're one of the cheapest stock photo sites out there, but if you want quality stuff, visit adobe stock, Shutterstock or iStock - that is where you will receive the best stock photos available. Matter of fact, there are free stock photo sites that offer amazingly beautiful stock photos for FREE & still can be used for commercial use. Just look up "free stock photo sites" via google. You'll find them.;)
If your project is not that important, I suggest looking at free ones. 123rf has some ok photos but if you look at the big picture (pun intended), they're not that good.

Ordered a one month package back in August and it was never intended to be renewed. Yet at the end of December my credit card statement showed I have a new monthly subscription. I did not sign up and never received any email confirmation/notification of my subscription. Please stay away from this company. BBB should investigate.

I have really searched for a good selection of Stock Photo's and would really recommend the selection, the ease of use and the site in general at 123RF.
I accidentally purchased the incorrect package and Shane, not only took the time to explain what had happened, but also corrected the problem. Most companies today, just have a "just live with it attitude". I think they are great from a product and customer service perspective.

Their web site ks so confusing, it says purchase credit. My understanding is each credit is for each picture but in reality each picture has a different credit 1 credit doesn't mean 1 picture, after i purchased 1 picture they charged me 11 credit to that picture which Equals to 12$ they rip people up by their confusing web site don't ever purchase anything from this web site.

Actually the way they handle payments with contributors is not clear. One of my customers wanted to buy some of my pictures on 123RF. In which later I figured out I got only around 15% of what he paid. 123RF took 85%. They are not getty though with their very low traffic/sales.

123RF & INMAGINE & PIXLRstole over $1,000 from me by making unauthorized charges on my credit card!
I was in the hospital with cancer so needed to lower my monthly rate to $30 because I was not working and very ill... I am recovering and was recently able to get into my account and my bank account was overdrawn. They changed the billing so $30 was frome 123 RF and another $79 was from InMagine (I never heard of them and found out it was just a fake name for 123RF) Same people answer both sets of phones. They are doing that so they can get your credit card and double bill it appears. Anther 79 every month for almost a full year! H(harging me the $30 and still charging the $79 every month for almost a year~!). They are trying to say i authorized this charge when i was very ill. Yet when I logged in it would never allow me more than 10 graphics which was the $30 so i thought it was fine until i started to check when my rent check bounced... they promised to correct that Then they went in and changed thing and are tryig to say. I did order more graphics... i was too sick to fight with them... DO NOT GIVE 123RF or INMAGINE OR PIXL YOUR CREDIT CARD They are liars and thieves!

I

Tip for consumers:
DO not use 123RF ir InMagine! If they get your bank or checking account they will empty it for sure. They stole over $1,000 from me by billing me for a cancelled contract form almost a year while I was in the hospital. They tried to say I never cancelled and lied wheni challenged them and they tried to say I made charges on days that I can document that I was in surgery at the Clev!! THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND THEN DROPPED THAT BOMB THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND. THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS.

Products used:
10 graphics month...billed for $30 a mont is what i changed my account to because of my health. 123 billed me for the 4$390 and their InMagine company chan=rged me another $79 a month for almost a year...i never heard of Inmagine!! And i din onot order anything. I/ They billed me for the $30 plus another $79 month so $109 a month for almost a year while i was going through Cancer surgery...and was hospitalized...they did not allow me for more than 10 graphics because i tested that...so i was too sick to fight with them about it...they said they would stop and refund but they continued double and triole charging me for =almost an entire year. Then they doctored their records and said i used the files! That was after they already said they would refund! Ib tioo of all this they refuse to allyw me access to the graohics i orered and i can send you an emila they sent me saying i hav=d to give them my credit card angain o=and be a custoer or they reu=fuset to give me the graphics i did order!!! these people are the worst scammers ever.

123RF charges 2 credits for jpgs, 10 for EPS files and roughly half the EPS files downloaded don't export to PSD format. Some don't even expand to what's displayed on the site in EPS. Contacted support since package purchsed was $100. They were so polite and said credits were issued. Credits were not issued. Richard from support was unable to calculate the number of jpgs and eps files available in my account and properly credit the account. Filed a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General, and disputed the charge with my credit card.

BEWARE USING PROMO CODES - If you use a promo code when purchasing art from 123RF it will show up as a discount on the order, but 123RF will still charge you the full amount. I have spoken with 123RF and they admit to there being a technical glitch, however they were totally unwilling to make up for a year's worth of my being overcharged. I'd sent emails prior to this last incident regarding this issue and they went unanswered.

Believe it when you read it. They charged me twice. I got refunded by the credit card company and then they dare email me asking for the chargeback fee plus another fee for the original purchase? Are they for real? Avoid these scammers.

Good place to find stock photos, although 123rf.com is getting stiff competition these days from istock photo and others. I also sometimes try to find free use photos in other places like Flickr.

They force you to login to their local country sites in Europe. Its a disaster.
Once you leave a region it is impossible to log back in and their login can not be saved in your keychain.

Service is non-existent. Their "live help" is not available when it says so either. If you live in the US and never travel... no problem. For the rest: Stay away!

I have used 123rf for purchasing a few icons and stock images. They are all reasonably priced as compared to their competitors. With above 1.5 million Royalty free images, i think everyone can get images closest to their predefined requirements.

123RF.com sold me an image (stock# *******) along with another image (*******) that I was using together in the same ad for a church. The first picture was of the word "PRAY" with what was supposed to be the sign language hands of the word "PRAY" I invested $150 of my time into the ad before someone from the deaf community informed me that the sign language spelling "PRAY" actually spelt "KRAY." When I informed 123RF (Tristan) of their mistake (the fraudulent image) and my loss of time invested 123RF.com refunded me 10 credits. When I gave them another opportunity to set this right, they gave me 10 more credits. Beware, the image still remains on their site. Be careful, this company is not interested in serving their customers and they are certainly are not interested in quality control. There are much better options out there for purchasing images.
