My daughter used her gift card to order a plush from this 123cosplay on 1/15/15 and waited the full 30 days for a product. No product. We wrote in for refund. They quickly sent a reply stating they would refund on 2/19/15. Still no product no refund. Very disappointed because she really wanted that plush and she trusted this company. Small price to pay for a big lesson learned. You can't trust everyone on the internet.

Ive had 2 seperate orders from them (both were plushies). The price was right and they did offer some stuff i couldnt find elsewhere. Well the shipping was probably my only complaint. I paid for the tracking and the tracking website is a pain to deal with. I did end up getting exactly what i had ordered about 4 weeks after i got the shipping confirmation email. I didnt order them around a holiday but i did eventually get the items ive ordered.

I wish I saw these reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered a package of Super Mario figures for my son for Christmas. I emailed the company, and it has been over a month with no item or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered a set of keys from the anime fairy tail. A month and a half later, never got it. Just found out that NOBODY gets what they order! They take your money and never send your package. And they don't give refunds ever. Awful website. Just the worst

I ordered two products before I realized I should have looked up reviews first. After a week of no shipping label, I requested a refund. Still no refund, and emails from the "company" look like they were written by a third grader. Stay away from this website.

Personally, the company did a good job on dealing with my order. I strongly suggest to pay for the tracking number. It is a small cost for a huge relief, since you can track where your item actually is, instead of worrying it may be a scam or stolen on the way. It says the orders will be shipped in bulk. So I was ok with my order being in China over a week (it was processed for the shipment right away by the company, and by next day it was in the post office in China. Then it stayed there for about a week before I saw update when it arrived to the USA and they switched to USPS tracking number.)

The product was in good shape, and the price was way cheaper than other companies.

SCAM website! PLEASE BAN! I ordered 2 products from them and they promised that there would be no problem with shipping address, so i waited for 25 days, after that, i got an email from them saying that they have problem with the carriei. I was so disappointed. Then what they did was refund my order, they linked me to some amateur website saying that this is their "partner" site. I haven't got any notifications from the bank that there had been a refund stated. PLEASE BAN THIS ONLINE SHOP

I purchased a Bowser toy online thinking it was a great deal as it was $30 cheaper than any other site. A few days after I made the purchase I noticed I gave them the incorrect zip for my address. I emailed them and they replied promptly that they fixed the zip code and I should receive my package without any issue. The next day I received a call from the Fraud department that works with my bank. Someone had taken my credit card information and used it to make multiple online purchases costing over $1300. This was the ONLY odd purchase I had made over the past couple days and I had my card in my possession. After reading the reviews below and after researching the validity of the company through many online resources, I am finding this website has been less than respectable in how it conducts business (and that is putting it politely) I do not expect that I will receive the bowser toy I believed I purchased and have included it with my fraud claim. I am still working with my bank to resolve the issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I even tried calling via the number they provide and it wasn't working. Please save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.

I became sceptical, that I would receive what I purchased, after reading these reviews but I actually receive my package! I still believe they are sketchy from the emails I received, one email said they were not able to charge my card (which did initially show up on my account) but the purchase was reversed and ended up being free. They sent an email stating the reason was because of the Chinese New Year (delay) and that I could donate money if I wanted to.

Ordered a Naruto backpack from this company because I was unable to find one here in the US. The order was placed on 8/2/14. The very next day, I received a "shipment notification" email from them stating that the backpack had been shipped. The email said that it could take anywhere from 7 to 25 days to arrive. I understand that---they are in another country, after all. They never sent me any tracking information, so on 8/18/14, I emailed them requesting a tracking number or at least some information about how the item was shipped. The next day, they respond to my email by telling me that they would be refunding my money because THE BACKPACK WAS NEVER IN STOCK! I sent another email asking them why an out-of-stock item was still on their website as available and WHY THEY HAD SENT ME A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL if they never had the thing in stock! Their response was basically gibberish, clearly written by someone who was not very good with English. I'm sorry, but I think if you are going to be an INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, you should have someone on staff who can respond to a customer in the customer's native language.
Yes, they did refund my money within a couple of days, but my son was absolutely crushed about not getting his Naruto backpack, and I was livid that they had led me to believe that the thing was on its way when they had never had it in the first place.
I will NEVER order from this company again and will warn anyone who will listen!

Princess Celestia plush came it's looking great.

Arrived nice (was skeptical) but I am happy I bought it!

My flutterbat package came really quickly and all I had to do was wait the site pretty cool and prices are great dunno why people are saying it's a scam
