Doing geology research that requires me to travel a lot and be in the field most of the day and i needed a computer with long battery life. I heard about the new vaio Z models with 15 hour sheet batteries. My colleague purchased one in the US but here in the UK stores were sold out or did not have this model. So i did a bit of research on the internet. Read some negative reviews about vizik but also many positive ones on their ebay page and truth to be told i have taken a risk since i never purchased from this company. I was pleasantly surprised about quality of their customer service and fast delivery. I am typing this on my new computer and could not be happier. Since my purchase my colleague has purchased a similar configuration from vizik and is quite happy with her purchase as well.

How many of you are seduced by low prices and free delivery to your home. It has now been months, but no package, no guarantee that order will be sent. My advice to all, never do not do Wire Transfer. Vizik.com company engaged in suspicious activities, is uncertain. It would be nice if someone checked Vizik.com so-called "legal" activities

jamie p. Hi Kyle. I received my sony order from them and so did my colleague. My order arrived in 6 days and my colleagues in two weeks. We have both paid using Wire Transfer from our research company account. I was worried as well but it all turned out fine.

Kyle B. Hi Jamie, I'm sorry for being forward but do you have any proof? This would really put my mind at ease! Did Marie help you? She won't respond in time with my emails and when asked for a tracking number she just said it'll show up soon, which it obviously won't as you get the tracking number as soon as you send an item!

jamie p. Hi Kyle, yes Marie has been really helpful. I received tracking and delivery details to my email a day before the notebook was delivered. Same with my colleague. Both of our orders were delivered before 10:30am. Would email you tracking details but i do not think i can list my email or details here on site jabber.

Kyle B. Well no offense Jamie but this sounds too good to be true. May I ask what country you live in? I live in Ireland and it is exactly 1 month ago I ordered the laptop and still no tracking number, they lie about tracking numbers. Jamie I'm not asking for your details but there is a private message centre on your profile on this website which I have already messaged you, please could you show me proof, a photo etc.

Please, I'm desperate man.

Otherwise I need to take legal matters.

i paid£1,647 for a qosmio laptop21st january andtime passed no delivery e-mails said fedex had it and afteri phoned fedex it wasnt true.inmarch i took legal advice and recieved laptop on marchtwo weeks into legal letters .also the london address on their website does not exist wish id bothered to check website first alan

Do not buy from them. They getting worse with time. You are lucky if you can get something from them after payment but what you get it is not what you ordered.

Aless P. Yes, it was Toshiba notebook and Acer netbook. Toshiba notebook was made in 2008 and had no guarantee, it stopped to work after 3 months of using. Only useful is the external hard drive which was put together with Toshiba to make the hard drive space as it was in desription on their site. Acer netbook has also problems of quality and the model was different then in the description.
In reviews here was warning about question how legal the activity of vizik. It has sense as they are also doing several businesses from the company which registrated on Seychelles. And you hardly can find the owner Andrian Vizik which send the orders from different places in USA. He is very likely from Slovenia.
Also I suppose the positive reviews about Vizik were written by Andrian and others involved in Vizik or it can be like Russian roulette.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. vizik.com. IT IS VERY BAD AND UNRELIABLE FIRM!!
Almost month I wait from them for the order (Toshiba Qosmio X500 cost 1988 euro)
But so it also has not received! At present my lawyer prepares documents in court on them.

Personally did not have any problems as others that left negative feedbacks. Ordered iPod touch and a MacBook pro from them and received it in 4 days. Could have received it overnight buying from apple directly but surely vizik has more attractive prices. Considering discounted apple products are hard to come by I would recommend them. As I said I did not experience any negative things as others. 

They offer computers on a slick website. Until you have paid they are very attentive and helpful. Once you have payed, your purchase SHOULD show on your account..but mine did not.THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH SUDDENLY SEEM TO TAKE A VERY LONG TIME TO ANSWER EMAILS..and you are left with a sinking feeling. but NO computer...........That is where I am now..so I shall update as time passes........I f things work out OK I shall update.......if things do not work out OK I shall also update but things do not look good right now

Bought sony vaio hybrid Z from them last Friday. Was not suppose to receive it until Thursday but it was delivered on Monday afternoon. Have been very satisfied with my experience. Love the notebook, love their prices, emails have been answered almost within minutes of me sending them. Friend recommend vizik.com to me as he bought a similar notebook from them a few weeks ago and i am glad he did. Surely will return when it's time to get a new notebook in a couple of years.

Campione s. Wow Brad z ...You have actually received something from Vizik,well.. I have read very little good about them..most people seem to be talking about lawyers, late delivery and the wrong articles being delivered.Your delivery seems TOO good to be TRUE ..you ordered on a Friday and the computer arrived on Monday. This would mean that your bank transfer arrived on Friday and they dispatched the goods on Friday, on the same day. You then got the goods on Monday. It almost seems that there is something wrong here.....who delivered it..the tooth fairy ?........Is there more to this story than meets the eye or have I misunderstood something ?.

I also ordered a toshiba & as i see here i am not on my own in being ripped off by them ! Its a case of we,v got your money now get lossed ! i am taking action against this outfit in ways i cannot post at this time ,but i will do so asap , in the interim my strong advice to all considering dealing with this outfit is quite simply this ,DON,T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT ! They have great feedback on Ebay however i was a little worried since i have seen a negative review on site jabber. But they were offering such a great student discount and free shipping on a hard to find Sony UX model that it was hard for me to pass on the deal. I decided to go for it. It took a little over a week to receive the notebook but considering nobody else had it available for sale it was not too bad. As far as the notebook. I love it. Small, light, top quality model. Really my personal experience with www.vizik.com has been a good one. Will return in the future when it's time to upgrade to a new notebook.
