I ordered a box set in 2010 from the above site and on receiving it found that out of the 15 discs, 2 were completely blank and at least 2 others jumped and pixelated. I then contacted customer services to request that they re-issue the defective discs (as stated that they would on their website listing what was wrong with each disc and the number of the disc. Did not hear anything and have again contacted them about 10 times still with no success. Last time I e-mailed them I told them that I would contact my credit card company with a view to getting a refund, but still have not heard anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU SUBSTANDARD ITEMS.

T N. i'd say more than substandard, those are illegal items. i checked to see if the site was based out of china, but it looks like it's out of the UK. strange...

After receiving my order and discovering that the dvds are of poor quality, I have attempted to contact the company numerous times through my personal email as well as their website and have yet to hear from them. The paperwork that came with my order is in Chinese and if I find someone to translate it and mail it back, I have no guarantee I will get my money back. They advertise 100% money back within 30 days policy on their website. BEWARE!!!!

Bridgeey B. I agree this business is a fraud. I got caught to and I wish I had of done some research.
