Hi. I just posted off this message to homewebsite center and will copy it here. It pretty much describes how i feel after reading that if i put in the effort i will get at least some reward. Not looking for a million dollars obviously but even one sale would be nice since i have dropped all prices to under 20 dollars 3 weeks ago and have done at least 70 hours of advertising since then.
this is a copy :
Hi. I am wondering if this is really a legitimate site. Not to be rude, but since i have signed up and created all the sites available i have spent appx 3hrs each day advertising my sites. but what i find strange is that i have only been advertising five sites that i thought would sell the best. But looking at my statistics the numbers all seem the same and a couple are even identical. It just seems a little strange that exactly the same number of people in certain countries have apparently viewed my sites exactly the same amount of times and these are the sites that i have not even advertised but still have the same amount of hits as the ones that i have been sending out on email blasters. Can someone maybe explain how the statistics work in a little more detail for me so it might make a little more sense. that would be great.
Total scam and a waste of really good time.
If you are wiiling to do the work to make the money, this site is not for you. totally bogus.
Apparently i was also on the live chat but kept getting automated messages that had nothing to do with what i was asking.
I was lead here by AWS Automatic Wealth Solution.
I feel like it was a scam. I initially thought $49 would take care of everything, then I was led to another page once I purchased the initial program that said another $197 then I would be complete. I said no way and closed the page to another offer of $97 to have all I needed to make money, I said no once again, then $67, No! Then $47 and I gave it a shot, then more things I would need to get the ultimate "success" with the program and they wanted to upgrade me to "Pro" I declined, because I thought I had all they said I needed. I was supposed to have a "Domain" or "website", but when I checked on it, there was nothing but a blank white page. Then they also wanted me to purchase "Traffic" and for another $50 I could do that also! I just was so tired of being mislead, I asked for a refund from the bots that I was communicating with. I am very disappointed and just feel very mislead. They have you open up a Paypal account as well. They are so contradictory from beginning to end, that they simply lost my trust. Nothing is up front and honest, so I couldn't deal with it any longer. They just keep trying to suck as much money out of each person as possible.
Did you get your money back, because I'm in England and have just been caught by the same thing.

Hey I just got screwed too. Did you get your money back? I tried sending an email but who knows how long that could take. I've been screwed by places like this before and they charged me monthly fees. Does this company do that too?
i am so glad for you people... i was so close to sealing the deal. no lie! the offer looks well put together. the sites in my browser work excellent... no lie! luckily. i had a few mistakes in the pass. i no longer purchase a product online without...PRODUCTNAME"review" . we have to use the search engine to our advantage...sorry if i went off there...anyways, i want to thank you guys to get these reviews out. it saves me some time.
thanks.
Is anyone else recieving calls 3 times a day from a 1 866.... number? It's been happening to me ever since I signed up! Excuse the language but.. $#*!! Sigh... ok, I'm good now.
Ive got a call saying ive been chosen to be one of 10 lucky people who will recieve a call from a director personally, but as always there's a catch. They try and hit you with another charge, i don't think so!. If you are still within the 60 day money back guarantee then i suggest you call them and request your money back, because that's exactly what I'm doing
Ugh but the phone number isn't 1 800 so i'm just going to end up paying long distance... sigh.... would you be able to pass along the number?
Thanks,
Shan
And I've been had too. It all looks so real and makes clear from the get-go about all the hard work and hours needed to be successful and earn, but no mention about the layers of payouts from ones own pocket... I am so disappointed about the whole thing. I have just requested my money back - watch this space for an update.
Hi Bernadette,
Please let me know how you get on, as I will be. I fell foer paying for the additional pro too. Not only that, you have to have a business account with PAYPAL which there is an additional charge every month for that, talk about preying on the vunerable. I've had this for a month now and not a penny have I received, not only that you will find that you have the exact websites as thousands of others.Fight hard for your money back. What is their number to ask for a refund anyway?
Hi Frank
Well, the two payments I made were to Dotcom Internet Marketing and ClickBank. Apart from the long distance number as I'm not paying out any more cash, once bitten and all that! I tried all the contact numbers etc. with no joy! I ended up requesting a refund through the PayPal account I was forced to open during the process of being ripped off - I'm shaking my head in utter disbelief. Thankfully I opened a regular PayPal account so no monthly charges for me there! I put in my request for a refund from Dotcom Internet Marketing through the PayPal Resolution Centre as a dispute under the heading 'Significantly Not as Described Dispute'. I then emailed ClickBank, again using PayPal, at paypal@clickbank.com. I resent the clickbank email several times just to make sure my email was not missed. I have been contacted and advised by both Dotcom and ClickBank that my money will be refunded in 48 hours. It is a real shame that everyday people that work hard to scrape a living are being ripped off left, right and centre. Watch this space for an update.
Hi Bernadette,
So its best to go through PAYPAL would it? How are they refunding you,i mean by which means?
Right. iv'e sent a request for refund from Dotcom internet and ClickBank. Ive also found out that automatedhomeprofits.com are one of the same as homewebsitecentre.com. and apparently been known as several other companies. How many hundreds of people are these cowboys ripping off i wonder. PAYPAL must surely be aware of this rip off company and should close their account down with them.
Hey guys! send this message "Please can you cancel my account, I understand that once I submit this request all my websites will be disabled and I will never be able to receive payments from any sales they make again" to the customer support team email. It might take a week or two to get a response. They will then cancel your accounts and websites.
To get the refund (if you paid for it through click bank) go to your clickbank reciept that was emailed to you.
Click on the link under "customer support" -- it'll open up a page with your purchase details
Click on "click here to get support"
click on "other options"
click on submit refund request"
I just did this tonight so I'll let you all know if I get my money back... dear god I hope so!
Good Luck everyone!!!
Have a refund from Clickbank on its way, just waiting a reply from Dotcom now
Thank God I'm not alone!! I'm sorry, I know it sounds awful but I thought I was the only one that wasn't making any money on this! I only joined a couple of weeks ago but it seems like forever because of all the advertising I've done just to get one sale..but I would like to know if ANYONE out there has ACTUALLY made even one sale. After reading many comments, I have to agree that this is a con as one is led from one page to the next, emptying our bank balance at the same time, hoping we'll end up getting it back through our 'business websites'. The last payment I made was for the PRO and recently received an email saying I was one of the lucky ones to be selected for Platinum. I clicked on the link and guess what..? Yet another payment was asked from me, which I rejected. I thought I had lost my money but after reading your comments, seems like I might be able to ask for a refund - which I intend to do. Thank you for your help and advice. Good luck to you all!
have my other refund from dotcom internet marketing now so have all my money back thank god.Anyone who like me, was stupid enough to think this was a money spinner should ask for your money back asap
Have received my other payment back from Dotcom Internet Marketing,so thankfully have all my money back. Do not continue with this sham rip-off website and get your money back asap. Note that you have 60 days to get your money back from the homewebsite they say, don't believe them, they either won't take your calls or fob you off with excuses. Please also note that this company has been trading in a number of different company names, don't fall for it!!!!!!!
I too have all my money back thanks to you Frank. I went through Clickbank and got an immediate refund just within the 60 days!! many thanks
This is a scam. To get your FULL Refund NOW:
1. Call ClickBank 800-390-6035 directly to file dispute (get your reference # ready) and you will get your refund charged by ClickBank and you will get refund within minutes. I guess this is a known and recurring dispute at ClickBank.
2. File dispute over request of the transactions charged via PayPal (especially people with PRO upgrade) and you will get refund within minutes. I guess this is a known and recurring dispute at PayPal, too.
Don't bother to email homewebsitecenter.com for any refund because you will waste your time and get nothing back.
Ok thats for click bank charges, and what do i do for the charges by the name of Dotcom internet Marketing?
Get your money back as fast as you can. It is a SCAM. They want you to wait for a return until it is too late to get your money back. I went as far as to print out the Weight Loss Package. It is not worth the paper and ink it took to print it out, as well as my time. Not worth $49.99--that is just a gimmack to keep you upgrading.
GET YOUR MONEY BACK AS SOON AS YOU CAN!
They start with it costs nothing, than it costs $49. Then they recommend you upgrade for another $49. After you start they say it takes about three weeks to get a sale. I changed pricing 4 times and in three months have not made ONE CENT. But have over 1500 hits per week on each site. Something isn't kosher here. Would recommend staying as far away as you can
I joined July 19 and paid for all the add-ons. Although I have had over 6000 "visitors" there's not been one sale. I asked where the Instant Customers were and told it can take a couple of months before I see results. They now say the development team are looking into my account to see why I've not had any sales...... a week on and now can't even get a reply. I've been spending over 3 hours each day to try to generate business as well as trying varoius prices..... a scam good and proper
They have got your money, don't let them waste your time too. Report them to BBB. Don't use those pop-up sale screens. They are always a scam, quick push deal. They don't give you time to research their company reputation before the offer is up. Why?
Used this website to try and raise a bit of income. It is a rip off and total scam. The daily traffic to each site ir pretty much the same every day, and the instant traffic is not instant. They are scam artists at their best. Got refunded through paypal and have nothing more to do with this con artists. However even though I have got my refund they still emailed me, saying we have been watching your website and you are one of the top 50, what a crock of poop. They have now offered me platinum status, nice, they can shove it up their backsides. My biggest tip of the day is steer clear of these people.
I signed up from last October 2010, also spent for all the up sell from this website. They did not deliver their promises. Sent a few email, but no response et all.
Upset and so Disappointed..
there are a couple dozen reviews of homewebsitecenter... maybe one of them could be helpful to you: http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/homewebsitecenter
well Just joined the site, and seems a scam, not spent a dime to upgrade thou, what if one try buying the product he advertised without been linked to be the buyer and see if he gets the commision
hi, i am just wondering if i am being stupid but don't feel this is an easy site to get started up on, i have upgraded to pro and keep being asked for more money to increase my customers but i refused, it has only been 3 days and don't expect to get sales and make loads of money overnight, but do think it could be easier, to get around, any advise so far has been through an automated support centre who can only answer certain things, am wondering now if i have done the right thing.
Hi Sasha,
Work-at-home schemes are almost always either straightforward scams, or mislead people into spending more and more money before they can get anything back.
I have only ever heard of one that returns any money at all, out of probably thousands of copies of these schemes, and I can't remember now, which that was.
A very large number of people get dragged into these things, because everyone is broke and has a family to care for, and there's so little money to be earned even if you are working a day job.
Unfortunately, con men (and women, I expect) take advantage of people who are broke, as they have always done. It is easier to take hundreds of small amounts from the hopeful poor, than it is to take one big amount from a rich person and hope to get away with it.
If a scheme asks you for money up front, it's one you should walk away from before handing money over. If it's a very well known and trusted name, and still asks you to pay up front, expect to be having to work very hard to make a small profit even though the business is legitimate.
Remember, if people offer to make you rich, they would already be rich themselves and wouldn't need to pass the secret along to anyone else. Things that look too good, usually are.
If you go on with home working schemes anyway, just be very careful indeed if you deal with online companies. They may not even be companies - in many cases, these are just people like you who are re-selling their own work on to other people, and they get paid by how many new people they can catch. They get paid by the scheme and they get paid by their victims, who are at the bottom of the pyramid and never, ever win.
Don't wast your time, get your money back asap
after 6 months & invest of $150,promise of sales in 2 months, i received nothing.they set me up with 8 websites, with promise of wide-spread internet sites of their products& their words. Ater 2 months, the guarantee, I asked to see the sites on line, so i could compare with competition, they sent me $65.when i signed up, it was $40 for membership, $15 to get wide spread access, $50 to open a paypal account & if i wanted to improve my marketing ability, i could buy 5 books from them. Today, that same ad mentions that all I paid for & the marketing books are free.
No chance of getting your money back then?
My story is the same as all the others. Is a shame....I got registered with them on Jan 13th..spent about $40.00 ,then all the crap came to upgrade to PRO,bla, bla, bla .And then I realized something is fishy here.So I stopped and I'm glad I did..
They are big scamers.....STAY AWAY!!!!!
I paid 50.00. I was asked to upgrade and pay another 70. or more at that point or else make a small income only. When I called for a refund I was told that it is not a refund within 60 days as told, I had to wait 60 days before a refund is possible, this is not a reputable company, just a run around company who keeps you on the hook for more money.
I signed up just a few days ago and suspected deception right away. I did not proceed with any building of a website and I have now requested a refund to my paypal account and will notify Clickbank as well to have them removed. Thanks for sharing. Wish me luck.
It supposed to be a free website center that gives you one free website that you pick from a list but once you set it up they try to get you to upgrade for $46 but the website they give you can't be found even by you if you try to search for it yourself using the link they gave you.Clicking on the link from there site will bring it up but if you enter the link in a search engine yourself it doesn't work. Also the site is just another cookie cutter site that wouldn't get much attention.
this is bogus i have not made any money from this i asked for a refund several times. have not recieved one i will be contacting the better business bureau
Good for you!, I will be doing the same thing. Really ticked that they do this multilevel marketing or whatever. They probably share the ill gotten gains with Paypal and the authors get a lump sum to use their book for a while , it does get free advertising for them if it was something that just wasn't selling.
This website is now connected to a site call homericheskit.com and its a little different now but this is how my experience went. I clicked on the site that i listed above and it said that its was only $2.99 to get started so I did it. Once on the site it lead me to this site homewebsitecenter.com and the site offered me to upgrade and that's when I knew that it was a scam. Unfortunely they got me with another $139.99 because I didn't read the fine print and didnt canel before the 5 days were up and there was no way to get my money back. I said oh well and tried setting it up but I couldnt there is no way someone can make money for of this website. I just hope that this review will help someone else from making the same mistake as I did.
I was reading the reviews last night after being a member for 5 weeks. I agree that I think its virtually impossible to make any money from it & could cost a lot with upgrades. After following the guidelines from the other reviewers I decided to go through PayPal directly & request a refund quoting the money back guarantee. This morning i have had an e-mail & after looking at my account there is a refund posted. I am so pleased. One word of advice anything paid in dollars shows on a seperate page so go into the currency it shows on your statement. Well done home website for honouring your blurbs & paypal for the swift conclusion. Nina
good tips, nina!
You are absolutely correct. I have been a web site owner from this site for the batter part of a year and so far NEVER made even one sale.
As far as I am concerned i believe this site is a total spam and you will never ever make a sale unless you yourself buys the product. I also believe that so called traffic numbers are fake even though mine are around 6 thousand a month. Don't buy into this, it's fake!
I fell for this scam but fortunately got my money back through Paypal and Clickbank..don't touch it. They will keep asking for money encouraging you to invest to get more visitors to your site BUT it never happens and we are all given the same websites.
glad you got this resolved!
Well, well I sure hate to admit it but everything i have read in the comments are oh so true. The add-ons , upgrades , no response from the home but all of the automated stuff. I also was very curious about the sites getting the same amount of hits from diff countries on my websites that i registered with the major search engines and the ones i had not yet registered, amazing isn`t it. I appreciate the advise on how to get a quick refund . And also I would appreciate someone telling me, is there a homejob that is for real or all of them scams ? thanks for reading randy k
Randy - you'd be hard-pressed to find a legitimate work-at-home opportunity. you can look for jobs here - universe.jobs
It was featured on NPR weeks ago.
Does anybody know how the consumer will receive the product if they purchase it thru your website and if there even is a product? somebody went thru a lot of work to put up this site it's unheard of to make 100% commission.
RIP OFF! wish i would have found this site before I put money into this SCAM! How do I get my money back????
here's a SiteJabber article on how to ask for a chargeback from your credit card company: http://www.sitejabber.com/blog/2011/01/26/the-chargeback-how-to-get-a-refund-on-your-credit-card-if-youve-been-scammed/
you might also want to read other users' reviews and make sure to look at the "questions and answers" tab - there might be something useful to know there too: http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.homewebsitecenter.com
Can anyone tell me if Homewebsitecenter.com is any good? Just signed up with them and am already having trouble. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The reviews here are prettty bad...I am curious as to what convinced you to sign up?
You know, I'm not really sure myself. Just laid off from my job and not finding another. Desperation I guess.
Hi there all, I have just joined the home website centre to try make some money. Even though I was conned by another company only last year. That company sent me one ebook telling me how to go about it and there was nothing about having to build a website and then advertise it through google on their website just promises of making a fortune. So when I saw that a woman was making such money from advertsing digital books online and being offered seveal website after I turned pro I was genuinely suprised by the site. Eben though I've only been with the site since late last night I've already ahve some doubts about the claims it makes . I see from one person that they ask for loads of money for stuff saying I will need this to make a dollar or pound in my case. Now I've gone pro I added ten website instead of the recommended eight and have checked them online and can see there all there. Which is a first so I've joined paypal so I can get paid but first need to upgrade my account to premier before valiadation. having had a paypal account prevous I can see their genuine I just hope that Home website centre is the real deal the onky way I can see it being a con is not getting any money from the site at all. Now if you read each and every statement they tell you it says go pro now its saying go superpro at a cost of $144 which will help me gain a lot of traffic on my sites well I'm going to stay pro for a month and see if I get any money if not then I'll cut my losses and do a runner but I will give it a go having paid £100 for it so far the only other way I ill know if its genuine or not is if I get a charge on my account next month when they try to tke money from my account when I paid a one of fee for all services. I will check it out and come back in a month to inform you of what happens yous Terry Wish
Still haven't made any money yet since may you know it is a scam
I too have been very wary of internet work from home opportunities and for some reason this one caught my eye. I am a nurse and work hard for my money. I have been looking for a way to make money at home to supplement my income. I sincerely wish that I had investigated the reviews on this so called business prior to signing up yesterday. I do not see one positive review. It makes me angry with myself for falling for a scam. I dont think that this should be allowed to continue. I imagine the creator/founder of this site is on a beach with a drink in his hand right now. Meanwhile, I will report to work tomorow over $100 poorer that before. Lesson learned. I will try to get a refund.
Kevin, hi there people yes i signed up on this site on 03/11/2010 i am still waiting to make money on it despite signing up to nearly all their upgrades, i am going to hold on to them for now and keep getting on to them with e-mails lets see who will get bored first i am going to make them wish they never heard my name, but to anyone reading this letter should not have any dealings with these people whatsoever and if you have get a refund quick, if you paid throw paypal to clickbank it would be a good idea to get on to clickbank as you will be more sucessful in getting your money back, do not know wether you will get money back for your upgrades though, good luck to you all!!!!!!!!!!
reading all of this i have requested a refund im disgusted that companies do this 1 day ill find the perfect at home biz
i'm sure there are some out there, if i come across one, i'll post it here.
Does anybody know how the consumer will receive the product if they purchase it thru your website and if there even is a product? somebody went thru a lot of work to put up this site it's unheard of to make 100% commission.
I am also become the victim from Home website Center. I signed up on October 2010, until now still no sales.
Too late too get refund for me. So sad.. Will learn from mistake..
Meri - so sorry to hear this... you should also post a review: http://www.sitejabber.com/review-a-website/www.homewebsitecenter.com
and everyone should report this kind of business to the FTC - they're focusing on these types of scams right now especially: http://www.sitejabber.com/consumer-information/how-to-report-online-fraud-and-scams
ive, been ripped off,my very last 150 pounds uk,& thay still want to soak me,i went pro,i paid for everything, but pop ups just keep coming, pro, super pro, turbo pro, turbo charged pro, litening pro,and i havent sold $#*!, i could strangle these basterds?

Bill B. I totally agrre with you. This is an internet scam. I've spent countless hours also. It seems as if they have their own employees hit sites to make it look like you are getting some interest. It is very starnge how all the sites get the exact same amount of hits.
Alan P. Alan P.
Agree with you totally. Howvever Clickbank and Paypal are legit companies. E-mail both of them detailling the scam and they will
withdraw their connection if enough people complain.
CHRISTINE R. Hi,i too joined up and did 2 test sales off my husbands email address.Guess what? he paid his money and i received it through Paypal.Thats as far as it goes.I neither received an email to say i had made a sale and my husband didn't receive one to tell him how to download his "PURCHASE". I too found that the LIVE CHAT is automated and it takes days for your reply to come through and then they do not answer your query. However,i did ask for a full refund and i did get it. They still keep sending me stuff and last night i had an american chap ring me trying to get me to UPGRADE!.I was sounding him out and he was on the phone for 20 minutes.I wanted to hear what he had got to say. He said i was eligible for a 1 to 1 support and help with my websites. As soon as i told him it was a waste of time and i wasn't interested,he slammed the phone down on me. I also asked him that when we are given the websites to chose from, does everyone else have the same ones,,he said YES. no wonder nobody sells anything!!!!I have also looked at my website statistics and have noticed that they seem to be almost identical! I have put my prices up to max price to stop people buying them. Please, does anyone know how to get these websites off my computer?
CHRISTINE R. Further to my above message,my two website statistics both state that i have not made any sales yet even though i have made 2!!!! BEWARE,DO NOT JOIN UP.IT STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ronald W. i think the website blaster was designed to shoot out the same amount of statistics no matter what type of advertizing you do or lack of i agree that website center is a scam lots of scams out there
