Once you realize that they have very few eligible men they can set you up with, they will not give you your money back.

When you call them to try and cancel the membership, they refuse to take your phone calls. By email, they just tell you that they won't give your initial membership money back. They don't accept your cancellation. They continue to charge you a monthly fee for your membership even though you obviously asked to cancel it. They won't process the cancellation.
