Bought Tadalafil tablets on 11th November 2010, arrived two weeks later, no problem. However, they did not work at all only to give me blinding headaches. Had them analysed to find that they are fakes containing less than 5mg of Tadalafil when advertised as 20mg. I sent a report to Generic4all through their ticket system on their website which received no response so emailed direct to ask if they had received it. On 13th Jan 2011 I received a reply from their Dan Lax (sounds like a porn star) saying that they had not received it and would I reply to this email to " ensure that we receive it". I did this immediately but still no reply, so on 23rd Jan I sent a much stronger email to the same address and on 3rd Feb their sales dept had the nerve to ask me for feedback on their company, with no reference to the ongoing problem, which as you can imagine, I duly did forwarding all the previous correspondence, but to date have recieved NO acknowledgement from either department, with obviously no solution forthcoming with regard to my 100GBP rip-off. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy and probably all the positive reviews originate from their own sales office. I will, of course, never use again

T N. sounds bad, including the customer service rep's name. SiteJabber users generally rave about drugstore.com, in case you're looking for a place to get your meds.

leon d. I ordered with generic for all, paid 151 euro's. Never got the package. Customer support not helpfull and unfriendly. Didn't want to hear of our problem. Never got the money back. Please don't buy anything from this company.

Never would have thought that i'd order something from an online pharmacy. I ordered Viagra ;) and it arrived within 3 weeks. Price was decent but i still can't tell whether the pills work or not - maybe they are just placebos but psychologically im having better sex :) - In any case the site does not seem like a scam.

Barney L. I'm curious if you still think this is a good site. Saw a bunch of bad reviews and from what I "know" you should definitely be able to tell if the pills are working. Should be like a night and day difference ...

James T. I really cant tell whether they're all blanks or some blanks but some do have that night and day difference. I think a lot of it is psychological for me and you may have to check with someone who really has a physiological problem in this context to be fair judge :P

Further to my posting of 17th Feb 2011, I have finally received replacement tablets thanks to their UK Customer Service Manager Andy Williams who has been helpful and professional for which I thank him and the matter is now closed.

Unlike some others, I've had a really good experience with Generic4All. I'm not new to these meds, I've been taking Viagra for years, but because of circumstances couldn't really afford the prescription anymore. Anyways, a friend recommended this site so I thought I'd take a look. Placed a sample order for generic Viagra of 15 tablets. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, neither here nor there, but the service really was A ok. Very discreet package (doesn't hurt for the mail man) and the pills were good quality. Pretty much the same effects as what I was used to. So if you ask me, they're a good company to buy from and next time I need a refill I'll definitely use them again.

For the first, small order in 2008, everything was fine; for the second order, in 2009,there were glitches with credit card approval and discount that were resolved by customer service; for the third order, this year, there was a credit card snafu, followed by a communication void: the credit card billing was listed under a different name, their order form and reply to my email query got caught in my spam filter, and they apparently did not know why the post office had not delivered my order.
After posting this review, I received two identical emails, one for each posting site, correctly revealing that the pills had shipped by registered mail and were waiting at the post office. These were caught by my spam filter but within hours, apparently aware that their messages were not getting through, they sent two additional messages that bypassed the spam filter to arrive in my inbox.
I received a phone call this afternoon with a request that I withdraw this comment from the website. The man said that none of the problems were their fault. When I pointed out that, for instance, I preferred not to have packages sent by registered mail, which was the source of the delivery problem, he said that other customers liked the registration. I replied that they could offer a choice, he then said that registration was needed for insurance. I started to reply but he cut me off, speaking loudly and at length. I hung up. They bill under different names to conceal their identity; when email containing order information has not been received by the client, why can't they use names that bypass spam filters?
It has been unpleasant and upsetting, so I won't be dealing with them again.

My first order of pills arrived , some work some didnt I voiced my cocerns via phone and email , and always recieved a reply I told them i wasnt happy with thier product , and they imeadialty responded back via phone , that they would ship me a new supply from a different manufacturer and of a larger doseage for free , the second shipment arrived in 5 days or so , and as described my hat off to ms. Marian Grant with whom ive been dealing with , she has provided super customer service always listened and always responded to my email within 24 hours or better , I say that problems can always be fixed by good communication. I recommend this company to anyone that wants meds at a good price . they sent me 20mgs pills this time around the first batch was 5mgs , so its value added because these pills can be cut and the supply extended for a longer period before reorder .

They ripped me off for close to $180.00 My order was short 10 professional cialis, and the 100 generic viagara they sent me must have been placebos because they just don't work. They have stopped answering my emails and won't return phone calls. Ordered before Christmas of 2011, and they just took my money. Avoid this site at all costs. Find a reputable company elsewhere.
