It's a total SCAM people! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! The "good" reviews are written by them self!! I ordered a vets that was supposed to be shipped 4 days ago...but still no movements, when I e-mailed them they said they'll contact the shipping agent, and then sent me a phony e-mail (i.e someone just wrote your order has been shipped on an e-mail) about my order being shipped, without a tracking nr that they claim you'll get..they do answer e-mails to give away a impression of them being "honest" but that's about it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! if it's to good to be true it probably is!! And remember they are writting their own "good reviews".......
love the site! They have so many cute things and adorable fabrics - awesome style & quality all around. Their worldwide shipping costs are very reasonable. Items usually arrived within 1 week. Happily going to school with new fashion comming for meh!

I was terribly nervous about ordering from Fashion4us. I was afraid that it was a scam after what I had read on this site and others like this. I can only speak from my own personal experience, but I believe it is safe. I believe that it is very much a legitimate company that tries it's best to meet the needs of it's customers.
I just received my order today and I am very impressed with the clothes. I was expecting faulty clothes that looked and felt cheap, but I got what I shopped for, high quality, very fashionable clothing. My only issue was that not until after I paid for my order was I notified that three of my eight items were out of stock. I had really wanted those three items and one of them had been what convinced me to place an order to begin with. That being said, I was able to use the difference in what I paid as store credit towards other items. They informed me quickly and it was very easy to add three more items to my order before it shipped. I am happy with everything I received. I'm impressed enough that I'm going to sharing this website with my family and friends.
I'm 5'9 and was worried the clothes would not fit, but the measurements they list are very accurate. Only two of my items are a little snug, but still look cute. The shipping is a little expensive, but it really does ship from Hong Kong. I followed my shipment's tracking information as it traveled to the US and right to my door. The more items you purchase though, the better the shipping price is per item. Shipping for one item would be outrageous, but shipping for several is reasonable. Especially if you consider the quality of the clothing you are getting for such a discounted price. Someone had mentioned something about the clothes spoiling after washing. Three of my items had instructions in English that they should not be machine washed or dried. This is probably why those items did not last. They are not wal-mart or kmart clothes. You can't just throw them in the wash. They are higher quality than that. They all had very different and legitimate looking tags as well. It's cool to have clothes with foreign tags on them.
I still have some remaining credit and I will buy from them again. You just can't find style like that here in the states for prices like that.
The super positive reviews and reviews by people getting hyped up to defend this website are fake. I can't say that all of them are fake, but most of them definitely are. Please stop trying to spam a review site with your fake reviews. This is a place for customer reviews, not by people claiming to be "loyal 4 years customer" of a store that has only been in business for two years. I am sicken by these fake reviews.
I have read enough bad reviews from people who actually sound like genuine people. I am not buying from this place. Maybe you guys should learn to deal with the bad reviews and improve your service instead of making up good reviews. If you can be honest people, then I will buy from you. If you continue to make up fake lies and reviews, you will lose customers. We are not dumb. Fake advertisers, go away.
Don't try to attack me with a bunch of fake accounts saying, oh I am a great customer how can you say that about this website? No normal intelligent person will get so riled up about defending a poorly designed, half-made website. Don't bother to respond to me with fake accounts. I will report you.
I'm not an fashion addicting shopper at all. However, I love good, well-fitted pants that last, and Fashion4us.com has those. My favorite pair of pants was actually a pair of Yumi or Yoco ones that original lasted from 2007 until now. This is another place where you definitely want to know what your size is there before purchasing, though. Shipping is fast and returns are made easy with their reps. would recommend this store to my friends. Two thumbs up!
last month on march the 3rd I ordered 9pcs totalling £230 inc tax & delivery, I was over the moon with the choices I had made and awaited patiently for my delivery although it took just under a month to reach me due to two items taking a little longer to send, the emails from them were prompt so I was happy to wait, when my order finally arrived I was shocked as all the clothing plus a pair of shoes were tightly packed into a small cardboard box and as I opened the package in disbelief in how they could fit 3x coats, 2x jackets, 1xshoes 2x trousers and 1x dress in such tiny packaging I realised its because the quality was so bad and thin and shoddy workmanship also the item which I had to wait for, for so long was'nt even the item I had ordered, I emailed them politely explaining the error and asked what they intended to do to fix it and surprise no reply.. so if anyone is reading this please do not order from them the clothing is not good quality and there customer service is rubbish..
I have ordered from several Asian webshops, and although I can say that none of them are perfect, I can say that Fashion4us is THE one website I've had the worst experience with.
Although it is quite normal for wholeshipping sites who do not stock their own products, to have a certain difficulty in giving information about the stock of their items, Fashion4us seems to contact these suppliers once every two weeks or so as their information is worse than I have ever encountered. Also, they do not give you information when you view your order on the status of your items. You can NEVER see whether it is ready for shipment, or whether the item has yet to arrive at their company.
Out of my order, originally consisting of 6 items, 4(!) items have been canceled. One of these items had a shipping time of 1 to 3 days and you would expect to hear something within that time limit, however this item got canceled after 8(!) days while here I was thinking that item would be mine.
My advise would be to never order from them, as the great clothing you have in your shopping basket will probably never even get close to your house. In order to strengthen this opinion, I can say that a friend of mine who ordered from them had 50% canceled out of her order, meaning that it is not something which only happens once in a while but is a common practice for this website.
I can mention one positive thing about their website, which is that when an item gets canceled you can add new items yourself without having to e-mail the staff. However, this was probably done as their specialty is canceling customers' items, thus making this on their website would give them less work in the long run.
Now, would I hate them merely because I am not getting the clothes I ordered at that time? I don't think so. As my order was taking a long time, and because I wanted to get it earlier on and be done with this company, I wanted to cancel a few items in my order. If they can cancel items, I can do the same, right? Well... no. I have sent 4 e-mails with the items I would like to cancel, and coincidentally they seem to reply very late to these type of e-mails as if filtering the world "canceling".
So when I finally received a reply, they told me that some of the items had already arrived at their warehouse (Wait, what? Those items had a shipping time of 22 to 28 days? you get that but you don't get my skirt which would ship in 1 to 3 days? I am not following the logic of this company now) and that they would need to send it back (they don't have a place to temporarily store items?). And that if I still wanted to cancel them, I would need to pay $5 per item for shipping costs (and they cannot send it in one package for $5?).
Interesting. But this story gets even more interesting in fact, as my feeling of hate and anger towards this company increased more and more, of which its employees have sent e-mails in a language which cannot be counted as English… I figured I would agree with their $5 costs per item. Of course it is a waste of money, but I would see it as buying my way out of the scam which is called Fashion4us. So I e-mailed them that I was willing to pay $5 per item.
Perhaps not expecting that I would agree to it, they now have e-mailed me once again and SUDDENLY have different reasons for not being able to cancel these items.
I quote from the e-mail I have received
"As you know there is some difficulties here. We just moved the warehouse from the old to a new bigger one, that 200 miles away. Due to this move, we are not able to cancel your items anymore.
To compensate for you, I am willing to give you some store credit for for free for your future orders.
At this point, we can not cancel your items anymore as its already booked a while ago. We are sorry for the inconvenience and promise this will never happen again after this warehouse move."
Oh yeah, first you cannot cancel because I need to pay shipping costs and suddenly a new problem arises? There is something fishy about this company, that is for sure. Even if it were to be true, why would I as a customer need to face the consequences of them moving to another warehouse? Fashion4us should solve this themselves and not let their customer pay the price. And why would I want store credit which I can use on items which I will never be getting in the first place?
My only advice to any of you can be: never EVER buy from Fashion4us. Not only is the chance of receiving an item you ordered as slim as it can be, their English is lacking which complicates the communication with them and lastly their customer service is as bad as it can get.
I have read your review beforehand, cannot really miss that one as it is on top. But I had to add my own as there seem to be some positive (possibly fake) ones here as well.
I know that most of these companies work as middlemen, and need to get their items from suppliers. However, I also know websites which do the same yet make it work and not let more than half of a customer's order get canceled.
So I was willing to give this company a shot, and I probably would not have posted this review if it weren't for the fact that they are not willing to cancel any items and are actually giving different reasons for it every time which makes them seem shady and fake.
If they were to be more transparent (like I mentioned in my review, if you view your order on the website it would be so nice and so simple to see which items have arrived at their company and are "safe" meaning that they won't get canceled). And if they would work on their customer service, and 'care' more about their customers instead of their money they could actually improve quite a lot already.
Instead I'll just keep on ordering from Fashion4us's competitor(s) which do give me the items I order in most cases. And hope that people will see the bad reviews on these type of websites and refrain from ordering from their website.

Steffi B. makes an error here. If China supplier would delivery good quality they would not be cheap anymore. It's as easy as that.
Fashion4us is one of the most useful deal for fashion finders out there. There is so much selection you can spend hours browsing and you won't get bored. There are many good deals and most things are medium to high quality. I just got my order for Christmas today, absolutely in awe of the fabric and style. Will come back for more later.

i recommend not to buy from the shop! i ordered shoes and clothes, took 2 months until i got my package. the customer service is unfriendly and not able to speak some decent english. all the positive reviews are written by themselves. the shoes stink of gasoline and have very poor quality, i don't mention the crap clothes. shipping costs are simply a chiz! i'm angry with myself because i wasted my money, those people should go straight to jail for scam.
Since I read some of the negative comments about "fashion4us: but I still want to place an order. The first time, I picked 2 clothes from their website but 1 of them was out of stock. Shipping charge was based on how many items I bought. I choose standard shipping and it took 19 days to receive the package. Total what I paid was US$40 for one cloth (not worth to buy just only one item).
After I have the first experience, I placed my second order. I bought 4 clothes in this time and choose express shipping. However, it still took 17 days shipped to me.
I will never buy anything from "fashion4us" because I found most of their products got their own website and the prices are very cheap there.
"fashion4us" marked up at least 3 times more then the original price and I think they are only running as a middleman to buy the clothes for us and also earn so much money from shipping fee. Such as the cloth I bought at the first time, it cost only around US$10 in this website http://www.mayuki.com.tw/showProduct.aspx?p=1000324 but finally I paid almost US$40 together with the shipping fee. It is not worth to do that. I learned from experience and want to let everybody know the truth. They sell very cheap clothes. You can have a lot of options with US$40 outside "fashion4us".
Don't waste money on those cheap things from "fashion4us" and to avoid the high shipping cost they charge from us.
I just received my order shipment today. It took more than one month from my order/payment verified date to finally receive the package, a little slow i would say. I'm not sure where exactly this company is based but my shipment went through the China custom, as indicated on the package. My location is in South Korea so considering their proximity i certainly wish they could do better, especially considering the high shipping cost.
I had chanced upon their website and like many others were impressed and attracted to their fashion pieces. I ended up purchasing a total of 20 items from this online store and out of that, 3 were defective (2 pairs of boots, 1 pair was poorly made and the structure hurt the feet although the size was right, whereas the other had a huge ugly depression on the front of the boot. This pair of boots was ordered in european size on their catalogue but came in korean size and was a size too small for me; then there was a coat where the top front button was missing), and one other item turned out a total different color as compared to description on their website (coca-color turned out to be beige!).
I immediately wrote in to request for exchange or refund and they replied after 3 hours that they strictly only accept returns in case of damaged goods and shipping errors, not for personal reasons of wrong size or colors. They demanded photographs of the defective goods for proof and totally did not address the issue of the misleading color description on their website (fine, i just take it as small money being cheated of). So i replied them immediately with the photographs and i'm hoping they would accept and quickly replace my defective items.
Overall i am not impressed with their goods or services. The items do not look as good as they do on their website, some look cheap, and the workmanship has much room for improvement. The pants cuttings fit horribly although the size is right. I am also pissed that they sent out such obviously defective items to their customers. Reflects a lack of respect. People choose online shopping for the ease and convenience but now because of their fault i have to take time out to bring the items to the post office and pay for them to be returned, to God-knows-where and how much that's gonna cost. AND that is if they agree to the exchange. I guess i would only find out later.
Their email replies also appear insincere and not very helpful at all. Up to this point i totally regret purchasing from this online store. I just hope to get my goods exchanged or refunded and hopefully the return shipping would not cost me a bomb!
I just recently ordered some items. They arrived fairly quickly only to my dissappointment. As one of the dresses was poorly manufactured. The problems is that I ordered from them before, last November 2010 and everything was great. Fashion4us is not reliable. They are scammers and tricksters. I am still in the process of trying to get some recourse. But I will not order again. They lure you with all their cute and attractive fashions. Another thing if you place an order they make you feel that the item is available after you pay for everything. and they receive your money they wait awhile to tell you that your item is unavailable. and that they will reimburse you with a virtual store credit. If you reject that offer, they then give you the run around to get your money. they even went as far to tell me that paypal would charge me extra money for a refund, but I'm no dummy I called their bluff and contacted paypal only to find out yeah you guessed utter Bulshhh.. . . . it. So buyers be afraid very afraid as for those that have had success don't hold your breath. . . it's only a matter of time as i said before they are inconsistent and unreliable.
I have the same expenience with Hipchic, I order 5 tops and 2 of them out of stock. I need to replace something. If I can't, I have to pay higher shipping cost, WTF!!!
Please DO NOT order anything from this website: fashion4us and fashionblast are the same owner. When you place the order, they never let you know the items not in stock. They wait couple days later they, sent you the email notify the item not in stock, another day, another item not in stock. Took almost a month to arrive your package. When I opened the package, there was only one item instead of six. I had to email them so many times to find out what happened the rest of the items, Finally, they replied me that the rest of the items not in stock, so they charged me shiiping really high as twice as your item cost for one item. They always do that. They didnt even do this to me, but also to my friends I know. Also really hard to get your money back when they don't have your items. Those people are scam, trying to rip you off, make money from you. I swear whatever I have said here are true. I don't want anyone get misleading, because I went through all the problems. This is the only websites I never trust. I never write any review in my life before. I can't stand this one anymore, so my first time to submit my review here. If you believe what I said here, please do not order anything from them.
i ordered two items two months ago. they charged my credit card immediately. since then, my awful experience with it has officially been launched.
i did not hear from them anything, even a tracking number, until i got an email two weeks ago. they told me that my ordered items were back ordered. i asked them to refund me. but they claimed that they would charge me 25% canceling fee. They also claimed that they shipped my orders from korea, and would reach me in four days.
i said ok then.
however, i got an email today saying that they were back-ordered again. how could that be since they said last time they had shipped my stuff? I know now they were lying to me
how could i get my money back? I just don't want to deal with this site any more.

I bought 2 pairs of boots and I've never seen such a bad quality I think I can't wear those boots there's even some kind of plastic inside....
I also bought a cardigan wich was too short and too small and very different from the picture they show, I've never seen such a bad quality I would not reccomend this online shop to anybody.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so get this.... I ordered a few items from this site a few weeks ago (not knowing how troublesome it would be), and apparently my package is and Has been held in Customs. Who knew? No one notified me about it! Until I get this urgent email, "Shipping Emergency" from 'fashion4us' saying that DHL has been trying to contact Me and that I need to "hurry up" and pick up my package... And if the package gets sent back, 'fashion4us' is not held responsible. Watda?! Uhhhhhh... So I call DHL and they said they have actually been trying to get a hold of THEM! For the package to be released from Customs, 'fashion4us' just needs to answer a few questions regarding the items they are shipping. And these aren't tough questions by all means, they're just questions like how many items, what they are and fabric. How difficult can that be??!! GAH! If they can email me (with the fake urgency on my part), why can't they email DHL with the information that is needed?!! Now I'm wondering if I'll EVER get my package... And for them, 'fashion4us', to say they are not held responsible if the package gets sent back to them when they've already billed me, UM YES, I believe it is!!! And if it Does get sent back, shouldn't I get a refund or shouldn't they AT LEAST try to re-send it back to me?!!! >.< wow, does it really have to be THIS difficult?!! ... I will write up a follow-up comment, but for now, I AM NOT HAPPY!
I ordered from them before and had not had a problem in the first order. The only thing i could honestly complain about was the 7 weeks it took for the order to arrive.
So i see a shirt there that i adored and thought would go great with my peekabo slash leggings and decide "ok, i've ordered from them before it will take awhile to get here but i can trust them".
Then i get an e-mail AFTER they have accepted my payment telling me that they do not have it in stock, so i decided to accept the replace the shirt with a similar one BUT here was another problem; the shirt i entered was not the code that i had typed in and in the order was a smaller shirt nothing like the one i wanted AND a dollar short of my original order.
I was mad so i demanded a refund, i sent several e-mails but customer service sent no reply, they god i had paid through paypal and filed a claim for a refund. only then did i get my refund, oh and this is there excuse for not replying promptly to my four e-mails in the claim refund "full refund has been issued. also we verifed the sale rep responded all your emails, not sure why you did not get them. Thank you for your time."
How insulting. They did not reply to any of my e-mails til after the refund. I will hold no ill will towards them, but they really need to work on responding to their customers and how they treat them. Quite honestly i'm not sure if i will return to this website and order after this experience, i don't understand how the first order went down smoothly and then this second order just turned into a major headache for all involved.
I totally agree what miki said. I think they are not locate in US, they send those items from Mainland China. That's why they get in trouble if they not write it clear for Customs. Also they will not afford those return cost, etc.......... Anyway, don't waste money on this website, they are not professional and chrarge too............much
awful experience with Fashion4US. I ordered two items from them. Since i placed the items two months ago, i haven't got anything yet. however, they charged my credit card two months ago.

I just recieved my orders this week and man! the fabric of the dresses I ordered are so cheap. I also hate the thought that they take out your money right away not knowing if the item is outstock or not and than whatever balance stays in your account, even if you don't want to ever ordered from them again. I would not recommand anyone to ordered from this site. It is not worth it and shipping fees are high for just 1 or 2 items.
This one could do with the phony reviews being filtered out (i.e. about 90% of it) ...
Is there a way to report those fake positive reviews? Can't the admins see the same IP address making multiple accounts and ban them? This website is so bad and they are trying to trick people into buying their crap.
The fashion4us site is running a cash prize competition for people who post their spam to forums and blogs. Since they are offering a $1000 first prize I suggest you might like to compete. All you have to do is post to any forum, blog, reviews, video sharing or other site that accepts comments, and give a link to the fashion4us.com site, and then write to the fashion4us site at mail@fashion4us.com and tell them where you posted.
I would be happy to start a blog somewhere specifically so that you may post comments about how utterly cr*ppy the fashion4us site is, and then mail them and tell them where you posted. And you may include as many links as you like, as long as you also link back to this page. What do you think? Fight fire with fire?

No one else will go yell at people for giving their honest review... Please stop making fake accounts to give yourself good reviews. It makes you look pathetic and no one will want to buy from you.
