I bought a 5in GPS, with mp3, mp4 videos,pictures, flash games and FM transmitter from ankaka.
I was dubious about the site, but unit did arrive after a few days, and 1 month later is still working. Big screen, thin and light weight, comes with a tons of maps for loads of countries on a inluded 2GB SD card, better than any TomTom and way cheaper.

Bought a laser pointer which arrived after two weeks and did not work. Tried to return for refund, but company did not refund money in spite of multiple efforts including PayPal inquirey. I advise not buying anything from this company due to their poor customer service (and product).

You don't want to order from these people! I bought the Android Eclipse Duel sim phone. Everything seems fine until you have a problem. My phone died after 5 weeks. They had me take it to a cell phone repair place, who could not work on it because none of the parts are available here in the US. The phone is a knock off of a Samsung phone, (think about how the Chinese copy music). The next option is to ship it back to China. When I bought the phone I paid $18 for express shipping and it came DHL, To ship it back I went to Fed Express and they wanted $105, DHL wanted $95, the US Post Office priority mail was $32 which is how I shipped it. It took three tries for the Chinese Post Office to find anyone there, I believe it is only a closet they use to get mail. Six weeks later they have mailed the phone back and did not reimburse my shipping. I am now $172 into a very marginal phone that has a useless warranty. UPDATE June 28th Still struggling with the phone, when back from repair it was dead out of the box, they will not pay for shipping back for re-repair. Took it back to local repair shop, can't be repaired here. Ankaka will not pay for it to go back re-repair, made me buy a $12 flashing cable and sent a flashing program for Windows XP, still does not work. It's all about stall and postpone until the worthless warranty has expired.

ordered my barcelona phone 3 months ago, it still hasn't arrived. ankaka informed me my only options were to wait until they figured out what happened to the package, or buy another one from them. Seller responsibility doesn't seem to exist and the customer service is complete useless.

tom d. let me add to this. The customer service representative I spoke to, Michelle, was very nice and tried to help - but the manager refuses to send another phone unless I pay for it.

tom d. Tom D. here again, with the final update regarding Ankaka and my Barcelona phone. I received this phone at the end of July. I ordered it in February. The german shipping company lost it, and the Ankaka was unable to either expedite the lost package process, or just didn't care since they already had my money. I spoke with Michelle over 20 times, and although she was very nice, she couldn't seem to help me.

When the phone finally arrived, there was no memory card included (as promised in the decryption), the flash module in the phone was completely missing (as in an empty space behind the flash window in the back of the phone), and there was something moving around inside the phone.

The vibrate function doesn't work either.

I contacted Ankaka hoping to at least get the memory card. They said they sent it, it never arrived. I spoke to them again and they said it could take a month. A month passed, no memory card.

I simply gave up. I waited over 6 months for a functional phone from this company. When it finally arrives it's missing components and things that were supposed to come with it. It is officially the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing things online. I could never, ever recommend this company.

So far, it's ok. I haven't received my watch phone yet but then again, I only placed the order a couple of days ago. MY review is mostly about their web site. It takes FOR. EV. ER. to load. I have a fast computer and other sites load in no time at all. Ankaka.com needs to work on this. I almost got frustrated and went to a different site to make my purchase. Luckily for them, they had the item at a better price.

Only issue I could name concerns shipping. I received my watch in perfect condition and also in two weeks time. Product was as promised, and works well.

I bought a laser light for $60 about a month ago. It still isn't at my door and tracking info sent to me says it's still en route from China.

After contacting Ankaka they told me to check with USPS. Waited on USPS customer service for close to 2 hours and gave up. Screw these guys.
