Google AdWords has a poorly designed user interface - it's hard to navigate and slow. Moreover, they do not let you do simple things like change your billing from pre-pay to post pay. Lastly, getting decent customer service help is next to impossible - they just email you links to their help pages, which is infuriating if you've already read them. So if you're unhappy like me, the best thing you can do is call them, complain and get them to fix it.

Here's their customer service number - 1-866-246-6453 - let them have it.

I'm totally with you. I hate using AdWords. Check it out:

(1) I entered in over 100 keywords I was going to big on using their keyword tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal but as soon as I signed up they lost ALL my keywords and I had to re-enter them. SO frustrating.

(2) Also, I just signed up for a new adwords account and I entered in a $50 budget but they won't run my ads because it says I have "exceeded my budget" - but I haven't spent a dime yet!

(3) I try to use their online chat customer service and the lady on the other end told me it's a "technical problem" and they need my email to get back to me later BUT then the lady signs off before I can give her my email! Now I can't find anyone else to help me and I'm suck.

Anyone know any alternatives?! I would love to dump Google.....

The AdWords website could do with a better UI, but if you call AdWords customer support, they are surprisingly friendly and helpful.

If you are having so much hassles with Google AdWords, why don't you just go to an AdWords Management company. The price they charge is often far less than what you waste out of inexperience anyway. If you take all your time and effort into considiration AdWords Management works out much cheaper than trying to do it yourself! Get a quote, you'll see.. www.cozamarketing.com
