I think that is sort of a knock off on the whole P90x and crossfit movement. If you are looking into getting into shape a sculpting your body, then check out my review of this site

Mm, maybe, but I think this website is different. It customizes a workout for you based on your time/goals/equipment and has lots of videos on how to do exercises correctly.
