This is an entirely bogus criminal gang that uses a redialer service to make them appear to be a company based out of Sherman Oaks CA when in fact they set this up somewhere near HongKong China. They have attached themselves to an online Payday Loan site so that when United States' residents go online for a payday loan they recieve every piece of information that the Payday loan company has, e.g., credit card number; bank account number.
They then give that information to their expatriat caucasion staff manning the boiler room somewhere in HongKong to call folks and tell them that they have been approved for a 5,500.00 Platinum card and all they need to do is pay the one time set up fee of 99.49. It does not matter what the customer says, at that stage they have confirmed that the customer is real and electronically withdraw the money from that customer's account--repeatedly.
I know they are out of HongKong because I traced the server address and the two servers they use are both in HongKong China.
The best way to deal with this is to go to your bank and CHANGE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER. Once that is done they no longer have access to the account.
Trust me on this, the FBI is on top of it; there are 26,000 FBI agents staitioned outside this country for evil like this. They'll locate and trick the main guy to come to the U.S. and nail him when he steps off the plane, or they'll arrest him in HongKong and kidnap him back to the U.S.A. No, the FBI wouldn't do that! Wanna bet?
Anyway, they got me and now I need to go to my credit union and change my account number. Good luck.
It would have been nice to know the website's URL so others could look at the review posted there. Have you reviewed the site and wrote tour review there so anyone searching for that site will see your review?
Thanks for the Info.
The URL is pmcclub.com. If you go to that site it merely asks the member to register their name and bank account code that they ostensibly sent. That of course leads nowhere. There is no shopping information; no merchandise listed...nothing--merely a phone number that is from my experience never answered by a live person though other compainants have said they have talked with people who sounded foreign and state that they are there only to take messages until the real customer service people can respond.
A quick search shows they are receiving some reviews (I see use at risk);
