I ordered a NBA Jersey off a site and they did not send me a tracking number. I emailed them asking for one and 2 days after i placed my order they emailed me my tracking number and gave me a link to the ems site. I entered the code but it doesnt work. Does it sometimes take a couple days for the tracking number to work?

http://www.ems.com.cn is a courier, similar to UPS or DHL. The tracking numbers usually work instantly.
But since you ordered from China you can presume that you got cheated.
Ok well i ordered with a credit card so if it never arrives i can just do a charge back correct?
China can take many weeks. I once had a cheap order from Meritline.com and it took about 4 to 6 weeks to get it. Try to email or contact the company you ordered it from. If you cannot get a hold of them, contact your credit card company and tell them what happened. Instruct them not to pay.
BTW, did you check your Spam folder for the verification and tracking number?

An EMS delivery from China to the US takes 2-4 days.
Ya i received my tracking number and i entered it on the site they gave me but it doesnt work. I got the number on wednesday morning by the way.
And ive been in contact with the site that i ordered the item off and they keep saying the goods are on the way and that itl be few days before the tracking number works.
It's common practice to give out fake tracking numbers, or random tracking numbers from other peoples transaction.
Im just surprised that theyre still replying to me, ive had a lot of contact with them since i bought it. It's weird that i can't find any reviews or experiences from anyone else who has used this site anywhere on the internet.
UPDATE, i just entered the tracking number today and it works. http://www.ems.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_e.
It has been 6 days since i placed the order. For a few days i had no tracking number and when i did receive one it did not work for a couple days. Now that it has been working it says the item has been transported from Weifang to Qingdao china and has been dispatched again, i do not know where the next location will be but hopefully it's North America LOL. Btw i live in Ottawa Canada, anyone have any idea on how long that should take? Feel free to look at the tracking info if u like. Just trying to give you a friendly heads up about the Internet and some of the people on it. I'm just suggesting to be more circumspect but you do what you feel you need to do. This is something I would not do, that is, giving too much information.

There are many people out there that like to get their hands on a fake shirt, in the wrong color, wrong size and poor workmanship. Sometimes the box contains just a brick. With enough bricks collected one can start building a house.
Well it would be quite elaborate for someone to show up at my house at wait for a package to arrive.
I find it odd that theres no way to contact EMS.com.cn, when u click contact us it just gives u this customer service hot line and the number is 11183?

You can use Google Street View to check if somebody is running around in your shirt.
But I rather think they gave you a random number to keep you quiet for a short while.

That will save you lots of headache talking them about wrong size, color, poor workmanship etc.
Well the credit card company says i have 120 days from the date of the purchase to file the Charge back.
Traditionally, credit card companies credit your account until their investigation is over. I have never heard of a credit card company making you wait for 120 days. This is unacceptable, and I would call them to make a request to credit my account. If they say they won't credit your account, you cannot argue with them but you can look for a different company. There are many companies that give you free credit cards with a reward program and great customer service. I. e. Discover Card, American Express (there are many different types of redit cards offered with them). The bottom line is that that your current credit card company needs your business (they get a % from every purchase you make), and you do not need them. You are in the driver's seat so be proactive in settling this matter. Personally, I would dump them because this is not typical protocol for credit card companies.

I think what Gab means, is that his credit card company can NOT do anything AFTER 120 days.

My jersey arrived a few days ago and the quality is great, i'm very impressed by it.
Ha ha... glad you received your good :). I ordered UGG boots and tried to cancel the credit card transaction within an hour of making the order when I realized they were not a legit site. My credit card company told me ther was nothing they could do. That really bothered me. When I tried to cancel the order with the company they assured me they are 100% geniune UGGS. They were only $149.99 as oppossed to 375 on a Canadian site. My tracking number does not work either. I did order from the official site at 375 as I want them for my daughter for Christmas. It will be interesting to see what shows up.
Relax everybody it will take time for all orders from china to arrive here in the US and Canada area. China is so busy trying to keep up with producing for us. especially this time of year.
