They were an expensive mistake. They only copied my own marketing on FB and posted after Holidays. They didn't take ads down until I told them and reminded them then demanded. This happened multiple times. They made my business look bad. I was stuck in two contracts for 6 & 12 months. It cost me thousands when I was a new business. My representative told me she would have the manager contact me and they Never did. I couldn't have direct contact. They did nothing else. I found them costly and useless.

They did None of the work they said they'd do.
-They screwed up the on my Shopify site(left side hanging in the home page for days without fixing it, —listed my google page as the wrong name.
Never changed the city I moved my business to in 3 months
-used broad search words for ppc after telling me they would use phrase words to bump my local presence
-sent sow's for work they never did
-the ads they charged me for never ran
-the 7 calls I got in 3 months were all Yelp or google scammers

Run away.
Gregg WARMBIER and Brian Mann are lying derilects.

Tip for consumers:
Run away. They have massive lawsuits against them

These people are just criminal.Do not sign with them. They will hide the fine print. Then run any form of payment you ever give them. And you will get nothing for your money.

They're r good at sales pitch but they over promise and underperform. Their price are exorbitant. Also if you want to cancel you have to call a cancellation line that no one answers. I had to go through ridiculous lengths to get my account canceled and was harassed by an employee named Ed.

There is a certain amount of convenience that comes with HIBU, however, it is not worth the price. At all. They also talked me into signing a contract (they told me absolutely nothing about) for 6 months to run useless ads that could not be canceled at any point. Then when the contract was up it renewed without warning and I could not cancel it. The numbers were something like 20k impressions 160 clicks which is absolutely ABSURD and I basically through away $1000s. I've currently been on hold for over an hour waiting to HOPEFULLY speak with someone about putting in a request to cancel. I was already disconnected once and have been on hold for another 30 minutes. HIBI is NOT worth the money.

I started using Hibu in February of 2021. Ran ads on www for six months straight at an additional cost of $150 a month on top of a $200 monthly service cost. Initially cost of $ 300+ for web desing and set up. I spent a total of $4000+ with this CRAPPY SEO. In the 13 months that I was utilizing their services I received 2 phone calls, 0 jobs and very few page visits. My page I was told would get to the 1st page of listing by the 6th month. In 13 months of using their services it never got above the 8th page in local listings. Several of my local competitors were getting 3 to 4 page listing before mine ever showed up.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are thieves.!

We've paid decent money for HIBU services that do not work. Our HIBU page is for our business and holds not only our business webpage but also host our business email accounts. On several occasions now HIBUs website has been down - which made our website down. Worse than that is when our email goes down. 90% of our business communications are done via email. Being unable to login for hours/days is unacceptable when trying to run a business and respond in a timely manner. HIBUs support team is completely unknowledgeable when it comes to fixing these issues. They do not provide information on whats wrongs, will it happen again, or when will it be fixed. Really unacceptable and useless. Mariette was particularly less than helpful.

Tip for consumers:
May not be worth the price for the headache.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HIBU AS POSSIBLE! Working with hibu has been the worst decision of my life. I worked with a sales representative, named Dalin. Who works in the Spokane WA/Post Falls ID area. He is thee most slimest, fake, money hungry salesmen I have ever worked with. And to make it worse this individual is my neighbor that lives 3 houses down. On our first initial sit down meeting before signing up for the service, he asked me what my goals were, or what I would like to expect out of hibu. I said, "If I can get 20-30 leads a month that would be amazing". Dalin without hesitation replied "That is well within our grasp and something we are more than capable of achieving". WORD FOR WORD. So I figured, that's awesome. Given he's my neighbor, I found it hard that my neighbor would screw me over. Well I was beyond wrong with that. I signed a 6 month contract. And there was a period of 2 to 2 1/2 months I didn't have a single lead... NOT A SINGLE $#*!ING LEAD. And to add to it, this piece of $#*! representative (Dalin) continued on to say "just give it sometime it'll turn around, and in the mean time lets get you signed up on extending your contract into SEO next year". Even thought the service as is wasn't doing $#*!. Mind you, I was paying $1300 a month... I should be getting a lead a day at a $#*!ing minimum. And I didn't get $#*! for 2-2 1/2 months. Meanwhile this $#*! is enjoying life off the commission he's getting off my payments to hibu. And on average I would only get 2 leads a week (not even guaranteed customers). When I was paying $10 a day for Facebook ads getting on average 40 leads a month. Be warned! Do not work with Dalin from hibu what's so ever! They are a disgusting marketing agency, and do not give a single $#*! about your business or your well being. If only Dalin could experience a 1/10th of the amount of stress he has caused me, maybe then he would have some sort of remorse. You're a terrible person Dalin, and an even worse neighbor.

Hello, my name is Armando Soto, My father is Angel Soto, Owner of Easton Plastering. I am very very upset with Hibu and am hoping to resolve this issue before my farther escalates the situation and terminates the contract early. April 28th > I sent out an email to my agent Mary Patterson, and Sophia Bogard. I made it absolutely clear, that I did not want any sort or form of "tracking" number on my account. Also you have record of the email AND the 2nd / final consultation phone call my father had with Mary and HIBU> MY FATHER MADE I CLEAR ONCE AGAIN NOOOOO TRACKING NUMBER ON OUR ACCOUNT. ( Both of these instances are verifiable). May 25th > Website goes Live, WITH tracking number. We texted and called Mary every 2-3 days demanding to turn off the tracking ( which should have never touched my website PERIOD, simple as that...) tracking number gets turned "off" > but it remained on our website until JUNE 19th... (According to a tier one manager me and Mary spoke with)... 3 (THREE) customers, contacted my father, and informed him that the number on the website was a DEAD END NUMBER> IT LEAD TO NO WHERE. July 2nd, I open the website on my MacBook Pro. DEAD NUMBER IS STILL DISPLAYING... July 4th 2022, > My father, and I, and my younger brother who has nothing to do with this business. Each went on the eastomplastering.com website, and we took VIDEO EVIDENCE! THAT THE DEAD Number REMAINED THERE, when it should have never even touched our website. THE DEAD number was on our website MAY 25th > July 5th... Confirmed on more than 8 difference devices if we include the customers who informed my father of this ridiculous, unbelievable error, on HIBUS END. Absolutely insane how this error went on for so long despite us making this clear (NEVER TRACKING NUMBER), BEFORE THE WEBSITE WAS EVEN LIVE... We need to find a way to work this out, we are demanding a full months worth of credit applied to our account effective immediately... Kristin Davis was in charge of performing a thorough investigation, and informed us that no adjustment was warranted... I contacted her personally via phone call July 11th, 2022 around 10 AM west coast time. She took notes of everything I just typed once again, and said she would contact me right back. I never heard back from her, no update whatsoever. This has been the slowest months my father has had in years. Please contact me, we need to figure out a way to resolve this. I signed up for one of their Facebook products- they said they would deliver 60 clicks, 15k impressions and 3 form submissions in one month. After being on their campaign for almost 90 days I received 26 clicks, 5.000 impressions, and 0 form submissions. I was VERY unhappy with their service and jumped through dozens of hoops to get out of my contract. I've gotten better results doing Facebook Ads on my own through Facebook itself than Hibu.

This review is simply to inform potential clients of HIBU of how their business operates and any potential clients should be aware of the possibility to continually loose money with their services. I decided 2 ½ years ago to open a small restaurant. I was contacted by HIBU about their website services. As I am sure you know opening a restaurant is no easy task and there are so many factors the play a huge part in the success of your business. I thought HIBU was a great fit for our web services. I signed a contract with them to build and manage my website. It was a little high in price but I thought they had great expertise behind them and it was worth paying a little more to obtain this service. Well I was wrong. Our HIBU salesman was working with our manager on the content for our website and proceeded to then tell him about another service they offer. I am still not sure exactly what it is we have been charged for because I had given no authorization for this "added service". The salesman decided it was appropriate to let a manager sign for this service costing $400 a month! Yes, $400 a month with no authorization from the business owner. This service was put under a different business name (my ice cream shop) and the weekly reports and payment information were going directly to the employee's PERSONAL email address and set up auto pay using MY credit card already on file for our website transactions. It is beyond me that a company would operate a business like this and not require ANY authorization from an owner who is paying the bills. I canceled my services back in February with HIBU and at this time still now mention or question whether I wanted to keep the other service they provide that goes hand in hand with the web services. It was then brought to my attention that $400 a month had been taken out for the last 2 years for these services. I made several attempts to cancel this service by phone and was told because I am not the person on the contract they are unable to cancel this. WHAT?!?! I am the owner of the business but because somebody signed this contract (without any authorization) they need to cancel it? I think that is absolutely preposterous and can't believe a company runs a business this way. ANYONE can sign a contract but as an owner I have to jump through hoops to cancel it? When I shared my frustration with HIBU regarding this matter I was shunned off and sent a copy of the contract my employee signed and was basically told "oh well not our issue". After canceling I am STILL being charged another month because the cancelation has to "process". It has been over a month now. Again, still being given a run-around about why it takes that long! Thank you for taking the time to read this review and I am hoping to save another business owner the time/money HIBU has taken from my business.
